A variety of inspirations to achieve your personal goal.
I really enjoy the different therapists/ hypnotists. They give a different perspective on things. The only change I would like to see would be a longer lead in. By the time I start my session by turning on program, setting my phone down, I feel like it’s already started without me. I need an extra couple of minutes to get in position. Otherwise, the best option I’ve ever had with great opportunities for relaxation and learning all at my own pace.

I felt that this chapter was very rushed. I never fully relaxed because she moved on to the next action before I had finished the previous action. It starting at 5 she wants you to relax deeper but she counts down to 4, then 3 so fast and I'm still on 5.

Leider kann ich die Rückerstattung nicht in Anspruch nehmen. Das Unternehmen war zunächst schwer zu kontaktieren. Nach längerem Hin und Her habe ich die Info bekommen, dass eine Rückerstattung ("Geld-zurück-Garantie" siehe Webseite) nicht möglich sei, man mich aber aus einem Abo-Vertrag entlassen hätte, so dass mir keine weiteren Kosten entstehen. Ich habe meine Bewertung hier nun aktualisiert, weil die Hörübungen angenehm sind und vielleicht nur bei mir keine Wirkung zeigen.
