Glow has changed the way I provide website maintenance to my clients and it's helped me up my game from a client care perspective. If you have a WordPress website business / consultancy, then I strongly recommend you give Glow a try.

These guys are great - I really feel like we've got complete peace of mind with Glow looking after our website. When we've needed their help with anything, they're so quick to respond! Such a great service. Cheers!

Great support for our school website. Glow are so quick to help us with any issues. Highly recommend!

Very fast and reliable website support! Extremely positive experience.

We have been working with the team at Glow for some time now and they have always provided a fantastic service. Any changes we need making are actioned swiftly and the platform allows for fantastic communication. Thank you for all your efforts.

Glow has really helped me up my game in delivering WordPress maintenance to my clients. The support ticket system alone is worth it as I now don't need to worry about lost emails when my clients ask for changes.

I've tried a number of different WP maintenance tools now and Glow is the best fit. It's such a good combination of tools, everything I need and nothing I don't need. If you're a web designer / developer and manage multiple WP websites, I highly recommend you checkout Glow.

We have been using Glow for a number of our websites over the past 6 months.

The service has been amazing!

The initial set up was easy, logging a task is a piece of cake and everything we ask for is done with time to spare.

What's more, Glow have gone above and beyond our expectations and delivered service beyond what we were expecting.

If you have a website, you need Glow in your life.

We've used Glow for several of our clients for the last few months and so far everything has been great. Glow provide us with various services as our clients require different things & they've been on the ball every time.

Setting everything up was quick & easy (great advice from Glow) and so far only hit 1 snag for 1 of our clients, which was sorted very quickly by Glow. Which turned out to be a fault with our client.

Sorting this snag out so quickly gave us extra confidence with Glow as they went that cliched "extra mile". You quickly understand that they care.

Having used various, similar companies in the past, we have to say Glow have been far better across the board. We'll be sticking with them for the foreseeable and currently looking at moving more of our clients over to Glow.

Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for any of their services. Very helpful, friendly & professional. Overall great value for money and peace of mind.

Can't fault Glow. Great support for our website.

This is the most reliable support we have ever had for our website.

The whole Glow team are easy to deal with, friendly and great at what they do!
They're always understanding of the random stream of updates/changes we send through to them for websites and their response time is always quick. It's brilliant having a team of developers you can rely on.

We love being affiliated with Glow! They always provide a great service to the clients we pass their way.

It's so useful to know what's going on with our website. I love how Glow shows us exactly what's been going on and why they perform the tasks they do.

Fantastic to deal with the team at Glow. Always so knowledgeable and understanding and save us so much time.
Absolutely 5 stars!

Always great support from Glow, thanks to all the team!

The team at Glow are always on hand to support us with changes and additional information we need to add to our website. The implementation of the app has been a huge bonus as we can see what has been updated on our website and when support calls are resolved.

Thank you Team Glow - I would recommend them

Absolutely top notch. I would recommend Glow without hesitation to anyone who needs to know their website site is secure and doesn't want the day to day hassle of dealing with website maintenance. They are helpful, quick to respond and the website support service is extremely valuable to my business.

Glow is by far the best tool I have found for my web design business in years. It takes so much hassle out of managing multiple WordPress websites and makes communicating with my clients is super easy. The ticketing system has allowed me to upgrade my customer service to a level I never thought I could get to, plus my clients love it too. So simple, so easy to use. Also love the fact clients can login and keep track of everything that is going on.

Always great support for our website from the Glow team. Having our own account makes it so easy to manage everything.
