I applied for this app. Paid my money as a membership, upon finalizing my account. I experienced technical difficulties. I was not helped by anyone nor directed on any options to rectify the issue. Would not recommend.

Worst account ever!!! My account was suspended without during your research only something that was placed on my credit report that was not accurate!!

Yes, I am not really great with using email but I do like the Reminders and it’s pretty easy to follow the instructions and pay my rent. The communication that y’all give is awesome so I asked if you continue doing that because I’m now getting up in age and I just want to be able to continue to comprehend the message that you send, so I will rate you guys a 8 right now thanks

I just watched Lindey Glenn on YouTube and this Flex app is ripping tenants off left and right. Beware of using.

For our April rent, we were told that we would be charged on April 1, then found out we were charged a higher dollar amount a day earlier, on March 31. Now, we’ve received a notice from the property management that we have an additional payment that is past due. Even if we can get it straightened out Monday morning, this will still be a time-consuming hassle we didn’t volunteer for

My experience was made great by feeling less stressed during rent time. I’m more able to calmly approach rent and other payments that must be made at the first of every month. I would love to share my experience with anyone who can understand and be able to appreciate the flexibility behind using flex. Thank u once again flex team.

I love the convenience and flexibility that Flex gives you to pay your rent at a great rate.

This makes it so much easier to pay my bills. I have been use these service for a few months... and I love it. App is easy to use. Fee are reasonable, and my credit score has gone up a few points.😍

On March 30 a payment of $782.75 was presented..pending to my bank acct. On 3/31/2026 the payment cleared..this payment was nit authorized..i have no payment authorized..no card info..nothing..but payment went thru..i tried to stop it but couldn't..there is no place to refute .all i got was a refund button..didnt work..said to contact bank for refund..now in dispute as Flex is not user friendly.
My roommate made April payment..as was her turn..thst is why there is NO autp pay setuo..Want Flex to refund..I have bow missed an important payment that i have not missed i 22 years. .Disappointed in Flex is putting it mildly..do not recommend.

In a world that is so expensive, Flex makes paying rent less stressful and more manageable. At first I was scared, but the process is easy and it boosts your credit by reporting on time payments. 10/10!

Because it gives you a chance to get things balanced while paying the rent

Helps me pay my rent with no stress. And the fact that it’s automatic means I don’t have to worry about it being late. It usually comes out the day before and posts the day it’s due.
Definitely happy my apartment complex told me about this option.
