It mostly worked in Sao Paulo…
It mostly worked in Sao Paulo Metropolitan area on 5G, probably due to the local network constraints it dropped sometimes to Hedge, and other times even with 5G visually connected the service failed to work, forcing me to stop and restart the service.
Overall it's a great and fair price service, I strongly used maps navigation, spotify and social media and the data comsultion hired covered it all with remaing data after 18 day trip.
I was very easy and simple to set up on mine and my wife's android device.

Instalar foi fácil, mas usar foi muito difícil. Fiz tudo certinho antes de sair de Portugal, mas ao chegar na Suíça o eSIM não funcionou e fiquei sem internet no aeroporto, o que me causou um grande transtorno. Só consegui ativar depois, com a internet de outra pessoa e com muita dificuldade, mesmo com ajuda da IA. Precisam melhorar as instruções. Como ponto positivo, depois que funcionou, o sinal foi excelente, até nas montanhas.

Easy to use, but more data options would be helpful
The purchase and installation were very easy and straightforward. However, the 5 GB allowance was not enough for my trip, so I had to purchase a second eSIM. It would be great to have larger data allowances available, rather than choosing mainly based on the number of days. This would offer more flexibility for customers with higher data usage.

Horrible!!!, i still had 3G to use but i didnt had internet all the time , i had even 2 days before it expired. I will never use Get esim again.

I bought a 30 day 10GB Global esim card…
I bought a 30 day 10GB Global esim card and it only worked for 12 days. I still had 7GB of data to be used on that card. I contacted Get costumer service and they tried to give me a new Global esim card for free but in those 2 attempts, the cards never worked. I ended up buying one new esim for Singapore and one new esim for Turkey. I am not pleased with the service. I spent much more than I expected and the Global esim card is not giving the service that it is supposed to give. It is a pitty that Get does not resolve the problems of their clients. If the company continues like this it might lose clients like me that are loyal to the brand.
