I have only just started my first jar but it smells and feels different to other creams I’ve tried and my skin does feel better I have not subscribed but if it does work I’ll order again
Terrible service. Wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. Customer service will lead you around in circles to ensure you never get a refund. Please avoid this company. I'm now having to go through... Vis mer

Unfortunately I had a bad eczema flare up after my initial purchase of Cellu so was not able to use the Cellu for some time and it was too late for me to cancel the second batch under the subscription. When I was able to use it I did find it made my skin softer and did not irritate. I liked the consistency of the cream, not greasy but does appear to sink into the skin well. I cannot say if I have noticed any improvement in skin texture, wrinkles as I haven't been using it long enough. Once my skin is clear I will start reusing Cellu and see if it does improve the visible appearance of my skin.
I am unimpressed with the quality of the product , it’s too thin , does not feel nourishing in the least. I’ve been using it morning and night for 2 weeks. I’m just as dry , just as crepey if not more so. I will be requesting a refund

I ordered this creme in mid Nov. and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. I decided to return the unused and unopened product and wrote Cellu customer support an email asking them to give me return info for a full refund back to my payment method. After 5 back and forth emails with their representatives, where first they said I couldn't return the product because it was used, (after I had clearly written that I had not even opened it), they then said that I could only get 15% back. After I repeated that the product was unopened and I wanted a full refund they finally sent a delivery address, which turned out to be Guangdong Province, China! The shipping cost for me to return the product there would be more than what I paid for it. I am going to continue my emails to them because they should not have the customers incur shipping costs on a return that would be more than what the product actually cost. This turned out to be a very shady company and I would recommend staying away from them!

I have just placed an order ON SATURDAY and notice that it states delivery every 4 weeks which I did not request and do not want. You have sneakily set up a repeat subscription which I presume is automatically done in some small print.
Please cancel this subscription immediately and my order as you will not be able to collect this or any future payments
You cannot contact your company using the enquiry form or your email address as they are not accepting correspondence. Of course there is also no telephone number either.
I have therefore resorted to contacting through this review.

I have cancelled my subscription please also cancel my order as I do not want this and you won’t be able to collect the payment

This product did not agree with me. It gave me muscle cramps. I requested to return and found that I would have to return the product to China. Since this is cost prohibitive, I accepted a partial refund without product return. If you decide to give it a try, know that returning it is not as easy as an Amazon return.
I have only given one star because it’s not possible to give ‘zero’ stars.
This is not the first damning review I have written on this company, but there is just so much that they get wrong.
Product itself does not address crepey skin. It’s a cheap and nasty moisturiser - nothing more. The pots I had smelt of a dirty deep fat frier, but I had the devil’s own job getting my money refunded. It took weeks!
Customer service staff are good at following scripts, but fail to deliver on promises to act.
I eventually got refunded at end of October.
Today (29 November) I noticed that Cellu have taken money from my credit card yesterday and after contacting them, they said I had subscribed for regular deliveries. They have now cancelled the supposed subscription but have ignored my requests to refund £54.75 leaving my credit card.
Needless to say, I had no prior warning of this money being taken, not the existence of a subscription (which I would not knowingly have agreed to).
This company are Scammers- cheap, nasty, smelly products. Fictitious subscription arrangements. Refusal to refund erroneous payments.
Their website is a joke - reviews are falsely reported. I previously reviewed them directly and that review does not appear anywhere.
Don’t get scammed!! Steer clear of Cellu
Avoid at all costs. Have had to instruct solicitors as they keep sending product despite emails to cancel. Which is against the law. Going to proceed in small claims court to protect others if nothing else

I ordered one jar. I was then told I need to order more idid I now have three jars. I use it twice a day and see no improvement. I am very disappointed I will continue to finish the jars twice a day.
After using for a month, I thought there was some improvement on my arms, and neck.
I brought a second jar but there is very little difference in my skin. It moisturises well but not the results I’d hoped.
Using the eye cream for a few weeks but no improvement yet.
It actually works. No more to say. Just try it.
This STUFF DOES NOT WORK. SKIN DRIES OUT. STOP SENDING NOW !!

My cream arrived damaged I couldn’t use it, the seal was broken and cream had spilled out. They sent me a replacement which I never received. Kate their customer service specialist said they were investigating. Apparently it had been delivered but no photo proof was supplied. I confirmed I didn’t get any delivery on the day in question so they said they would investigate with their logistics partner.
I waited & waited.
6 weeks later & still no information on what happened to my 2nd delivery despite several emails asking for updates.
When I asked for a refund Kate tells me I needed to chase it up with the courier company myself! After waiting and being patient with them for 6 weeks. Very disappointing.
UPDATE:
I reached out to the courier company myself out of pure frustration because I wasn’t getting anywhere with Cellu. I gave them the tracking number & they replied back almost immediately with photo proof: except IT WASN’T MY DELIVERY !
On the exact day and time my parcel had been apparently “delivered” (according to Kate) the photo proof showed it was NOT my parcel. So this tracking number was wrong all this time.
I sent Kate proof of delivery- it was a parcel from a clothing company (not even Cellu) so how they got this tracking number is beyond me.
November 10th Kate replies to me:
“I’m very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong tracking link. I’ve escalated this issue to our logistics team right away, as it appears the replacement order may have been sent to the wrong address.”
It’s now November 21 and still NO REPLY from Kate.
DO NOT buy from this company.

December 1st
Still no closure on this.
It’s already been established my replacement item was sent to the wrong address. But they are not helping me close this once and for all with a refund.
Kate sent me the reply below to my inbox last week but it’s a lie because they are not helping resolve it. I have asked repeatedly for a refund.
As soon as I post a comment here an email gets sent to my inbox along the lines of “they are working to resolve it”.
I have no doubt now that Kate is even a real person.
Terrible company to deal with.
