I would prefer to decide my own purchasing quantities/volume/size if given the option to select from a menu of multiples of product. The way the site bounces to ‘additional’ offers of product(s) after you make your (company controlled)’ best offer’ choice from their limited content menu - it leaves one feeling manipulated. Ex: If I want to buy 12 - why can’t I buy 12 without going through an extensive marketing process of other goods?

Your ad gave me the information I needed to choose the pans. The purchase was easy to process. I liked the personal touch of the Katori team helping me look at other items that would go well with my pans. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Website easy to use. Looking for an antibacterial cutting board that won't scratch that can be put in the dishwasher, or simply rinsed with mild soap. Also like that I was able to buy non slip grip pads to go underneath the boards to help with sliding on my granite countertops while using the cutting boards. Many state that it won't dull my sharp cutting knives. I hope this is true.

I ordered one metal Katori cutting board and was sent
2. Then the first time I used it, my knife took off bits of
the stainless steel & I knew I had a dud!!! Do you not check your products before you sell them. Now I must look elsewhere for a new cutting board.

Havde besøgt siden for at se, hvad de tilbød.
Var ikke interesseret, da det var ret tydeligt at det var noget kina-skrammel, som kan købes langt billigere andre steder.

Dog havde de "hentet" mine oplysninger fra min browser, og insisterer på, at de har modtaget en ordre, og at det (efter 43 min) er for sent at annullere ordren.
Har skrevet med "4 forskellige" (så tror vi på den), som alle videregiver sagen - og nu er der kommet en "din vare er sendt" med tracking-nummer.

Jeg har på INTET tidspunkt godkendt et køb på siden!

I have been using wooden cutting boards.
I have bought 4 Katori Boards, 1 for myself and 3 more as Christmas Gifts

Had trouble finding out how to say no to the items that I didn’t want. Written very small. I had to enlarge the picture to find it. Liked the research on the boards, I really needed that.

It’s not something I’m familiar with but pleased I could give my opinion

Very simple and fast presentation.

I have not received product yet, so cannot comment on quality.

I would be better if cost for warranty were explicit, not added without option of not buying.

I responded to a get-katori.com advertorial, thinking that it was a scientific article (from buzzpulse24 in the New York Times). I ordered 2 boards before discovering it was an advertorial containing dubious claims - for example, that the boards don't dull your knives, but in fact sharpen them - FALSE. I cancelled within 13 minutes of ordering. The company refused to cancel or refund, saying they had to deliver the boards but that I could then send them back for a "full refund". However, I discovered several reviews that indicated costs and problems with returns to this company. BE CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. It's not that the product is necessarily defective, it's their customer relations that's the problem. After several emails I finally got a promise of a refund, after sending a legalistic email to them, and raising a dispute with my card-issuing bank. Let's see how it goes...UPDATE: as the company has indeed offered a refund, I have accordingly updated my rating from 1 star to 3.

This product provides a healthy alternative to food prep.

Very happy to find the safest cutting board ever.
