They say their hats are hand-crafted in the USA. However the cap I just received was made in China according to the tag inside the cap

Hi I just received the 3 caps from my first order today . I placed the first cap on my head and it felt so right . The other two felt the same I was like wow. The funny thing is I wasn’t shopping for a cap I mainly wear baseball caps. Your story popped up of Facebook and I read it. The caps reminded me of a wool cap I have that’s so worn it’s old has history beat up but I still wear it from time to time. So I decided to treat myself to some new hats from you at a great price you offered. Well I liked them so much I ordered 4 more an hour after receiving the first three. There is something about your caps - I think they are special . I thank you for your craft sincerely Joe M

My original order of two caps arrived yesterday, and I was so pleased and happy with the quality, fit, and the way it appear on me; so I immediately placed another order for a few more before these caps are out-of-stock and at a sale price. At my age, when my hair is getting thiner, I thought theses caps are a perfect image for me. I especially liked the visors providing a shading over my eyeglasses making vision clearer outdoors.

My grandfather wore a flat cap every single day of his life. He passed away a few years ago and I have been looking for something that reminded me of him ever since. When I saw George's story about closing his workshop after all these years it genuinely hit home. It felt like the right place to order from.

The cap arrived beautifully made. Clean stitching, solid material and it fit perfectly first time. I wore it to a family dinner and my mum teared up a little when she saw it. Said it reminded her of her father too.

I know that is not really a product review but it felt important to share. George makes something worth keeping and I think that counts for a lot.

Bought one for my dad for his birthday after seeing the closing sale advertised. He is 68 and has worn flat caps his whole life so he knows quality when he sees it. He called me the same day it arrived just to tell me how much he loved it. Said it was one of the best caps he had owned in years. Already went back and ordered two more for myself. Brilliant product and brilliant value.

This is a scam. George's Caps is supposedly a London company. These scammers are claiming to be that company, but are based in the Neatherlands. The return address for my package was from Jamaica NY.

One of the caps I got from these scammers is a Jamont. I found the same cap for sale on Ghelter.com. The labels were cut out of the other 3 caps I got. No doubt they said made in China. All 4 caps are poorly made.

There is no George's Caps based out of London. Google is a thing Skippy. I can copy and paste the email you've referenced, which does not offer a refund. Yet another lie. You're drop shipping poor quality caps. These were not made by a proper milliner.

They used to be Henry’s caps. They will all come with tags from other country’s cut out of them. We DID get the hats we ordered but we only ordered because we believed the story. Buyer beware this story is a SCAM.
I was able to get a refund for fraud.
The site is flagging bad reviews to be removed!

Thank you very much for such a wonderful quality cap....I had so many people at Church and other events compliment on how GREAT this cap looks... and the feel of the cap is so comfortable, I really enjoyed the wear of it throughout the day !!! Thank you, that's why I ordered a second one !!!

My first purchase of two hats one wool and one cotton were so comfortable that I decided to order three more. I have saved hundreds with this sale. The quality of these hats are worth the original price. Get them while you can!!!

I almost did not order because I was not sure about buying a cap online without trying it on first. Glad I did. The cap arrived well packaged and looked exactly like the photos. The quality is really impressive, much better than I expected at this price point. George personally reached out to check everything was okay which I did not expect at all from an online store. That kind of personal touch is rare these days. Already thinking about ordering another one before they close up for good.
