To be honest, we were extremely disappointed that there had not been a proper check of the strimmer and all its constituent parts before it left your premises. Parts were (and remain) missing and despite repeated emails to the gentleman who we were dealing with, no response was received. We subsequently learnt that he had left the company but it would appear that no provision was made to cover his work in his absence. However, when my wife spoke to you yesterday, she was impressed by your friendly manner and the fact that you are looking to address the issue.

I purchased a STIHL scarifier cordless. From George Browns. It was the cheapest on the Internet, in some cases nearly £100 cheaper.
Nick sent me an email to say that they have only the display model and more is coming in the following week. I agreed to wait, but two days later brand new STIHL scarifier cordless arrived. I was very happy with the purchase. Can’t fault George Browns at all.

Fast delivery. All good.

Sent out strimmer in a broken box and the handles are missing. Tried emailing and have had no response, have rung your online sales number multiple times and it has never been answered. Easily the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had

Misleading advertisement which differed to link to website

You did what you said you woud do

NEVER AGAIN
They didn’t answer two emails from me or three phone calls. Phone calls go through to an answer machine with a message something like “we can’t take your call right now and you can’t leave a message so call back later”. I gave up after 3 calls - at the wrong location.

Misleading on line advert describes it as stihl GTA mini system but when you are sent to via link to Browns website it changes in small writing to shell only.
There phone system only has a message saying you cannot leave a message and phone back. After numerous attempts I resorted to emailing them and await a reply. My query urgent as depot I collected from closes down in 2.5 days. Ordered online and collected from Leighton Buzzard

Very competitive price and pro-active customer service to quickly resolve supply issue.

Placed my order online and received a call 2 days later from their online sales team, Em was the name of the man I was dealing with. He couldn’t have been more helpful, happy to accommodate my request to cover the boxes in black plastic to avoid them being identified when they were delivered. A number of calls went back and forth and culminated with confirmation that they were to be delivered in the next 30 minutes. With service like this I’m happy not to get the cheapest price. Thank you.
