Please refund the fee you deducted from my account. You offered a free SERVICE and while I now realise it is NOT A FREE SERVICE, I feel the accuracy of your "we found your phone", at about 490km distance from it's actual location is NOT A REASONABLE SERVICE.
PLEASE REFUND MY

Google positions their page at top when looking for a way to find lost phone.
In mobile platform it asked 0.50 EUR for 24h trial period and their app was not able to locate phone.
Next day we were charged 39.99 EUR from our card for monthly subscription.
Amazing surprise! Thank you!
Sadly can not leave zero stars.

This service does not function as expected and no information is given explaining why the product does not work. In addition to that the charging structure is setup so that you pay a very small fee (0.50) for the first very short period and then 40 Euros after that. When you try to dispute the charge they return an anonymous e-mail stating that you cannot receive a refund. Do not use.

Bloccate la carta di credito e denunciate alla polizia postale, anche se non serve a niente. Vorrei averli nelle mani per 10 minuti, questi figli di ........! MAI SOTTOSCRITTO ALCUN ABBONAMENTO, MA SOTTRAGGONO 39.99,00 EURO AL MESE.

Siete dei bidoni, truffatori, mi hanno sottratto 39,90 euro senza aver richiesto alcun abbonamento e non ricevuto comunicazione da parte loro. Ho solo trovato l'ammanco sulla carta di credito.

Buongiorno ho appena visto che hanno addebitato un costo sulla mia post pay e non so assolutamente come sia possibile!!!?..Non devo più connettermi al navigatore GPS Google? Quasi 40€?????

Sono dei truffatori tali di wvw.geomaps.app ATTENZIONE VERAMENTE QUESTI RUBANO I SOLDI.
Addebitano 0,50€ PER UN SERVIZIO CHE NON FUNZIONA E NON REALIZZANO, inoltre il giorno ti rubano ancora, attivando illegalmente un'abbonamento di 39,90€ al mese che non si riesce a bloccare neanche scrivendoli alla presunta email che indicano sul sito (support#geomaps.app o info#geomaps.app). HO FATTO DENUNCIA ALLA POLIZIA POSTALE e ho dovuto bloccare la carta!!

Qualcuno sa indicarmi se i soldi te li prendono una volta sola o mensilmente?
Come si disinstalla?

Installato due volte. Non ha mai trovato nulla, nemmeno il telefono in casa, a due passi, con GPS acceso. Sa di truffa... Disinstallato

Sono stata truffata: mi hanno prelevato 0,50€, poi attivato, il giorno successivo, un un'abbonamento, non richiesto, di 39,90€.
Comunque servizio non funzionante perché non ha mai localizzato il telefono

Same thing happened to me. Its a fraud. I tried to find a phone with the downloaded version. But the app did not work. It could not trace the Phone, despite that the phone (- in the end) was not lost, and it was not turned of or with battery. Instead Geomaps charged me - as a user of their website - two times 39 euros each time. I had to close down my creditcard.

ATTENZIONE MI HANNO TRUFFATO ADDEBITANDO UN COSTO MENSILE X ABBONAMENTO A TACITO RINNOVO MAI SOTTOSCRITTO. Ho dovuto bloccare la carta di credito. Hanno prelevato 39,99 dal mio conto. Li denuncerò per frode. DIFFIDATE
