I recently had a Google Meeting with Eslam from Geobear, and it was outstanding. Eslam's friendliness, expertise, and efficiency were remarkable. Despite it being a virtual meeting, he made me feel at ease and provided tailored solutions promptly. His professionalism and knowledge exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Geobear, thanks to Eslam's exemplary assistance.

The most fantastic company!

We had some cracks on the walls and ceiling on the top floor of our house. I got in touch with Geobear who linked me up with Neil - the service her provided and advice he gave me was so valuable and helpful, when I had no idea what to do or if I had reason to be concerned! He didn’t try to tell me I needed more work than I did and really took the time to understand the concerns I had.

Just had a call with Neil at Geobear, and was really impressed by the professionalism and honestly shown.
Gave advice about best course of action before resorting to remedial work that might ultimately not be needed.
So refreshing to feel like i was dealing with someone where it was about the right solution for me.

We called Geobear to correct some subsidence with our conservatory after a friend told us about them. It was a great experience from the first contact to the completion of the work. I had an initial video call with Razwan, who took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed every single one of them. The on-site team, led by Dean and Jim, were very friendly and respected our property. They were done within 5 hours and left the site as tidy as they had found it.

The injection was a success. The cracks in the conservatory have reduced to a level that they can be repaired fully with a bit of DIY, and French doors are no longer jammed, they can now be opened and used again. We are very pleased with the result.

The only downside was the drain survey, which was carried out by a contractor on Geobear's list. But the survey was not thorough and I obtained a second opinion as I didn't trust the report. That saved me from paying out for drain repairs that weren't necessary. I was going to drop a star off the rating for this, but that would be unfair to the Geobear team, who were excellent. But I would ask Geobear to consider whether the contractor should continue to be on their list.

Very impressed. Did not have to wait long at all, and was in fact offered an even earlier slot. Men on site were extremely polite, knowledgeable and informative. Super efficient.

I had a really good video call with Ian Tattersall this morning to discuss the ground movement of the concrete slab that my garage is built on. Via video Ian did a thorough review of the issue and the surrounding areas. He advised against doing any remedial works at the moment as the movement is minor, and to continue to monitor things over the coming months/years. What I really appreciate is Ian's total honesty about this issue and the fact that he didn't try to sell me something that is not needed at the moment. In my mind this makes this a really great company with staff they should be proud of. Thoroughly recommended.

very easy to deal with. All of our concerns were explained and addressed. This issues were dealt with quickly and with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Geobear again, although i hope i don't have to.

The video consultation with Razwan, whilst inconclusive. Was honest an upfront.

He was not able to give an answer to my concerns. Was honest enough to advise a structural engineer visit.

His frank answer was refreshing. As he was not willing to ask for a payment for a survey that might hold no answer.

It transpired that I do not have subsidence.

A relief.
I have no hesitation in recommending GEOBEAR

For an honest appraisal of you concerns if you ever have any.

And if the attitude of not taking funds off of a customer is the prevailing attitude of the company. Then a credit to their profession.

I've just finished a video call with Neil Crozier, one of the guys at Geobear, and I have to say that Neil is an excellent man, he has really helped me with clear and knowledgeable insights to what's going on with my house. He also made some great reccomendations as to what I should do before moving ahead with any remedial work. He was very knowledgable, helpful, and polite. Just a thought, I think you should give him a wage rise Geobear; he's excellent.

I made a enquiry about subsidence on my property and Jon large was my first point of contact. From the very first conversation we had I could tell this was the man I needed to speak with about my concerns on my home.
He was very informative with great knowledge from the very start. He arranged a video call meeting to get a visual and discuss further more.
The video call was easy in the terms I felt in good hands speaking with Jon and his reassurance. He was confident it's not a subsidence issue and pointed out a area that could be where my issue lies so with that honest and advice I really do appreciate it ! There could be more investigation that I will consider in the near future but today I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders from speaking with Jon today.
I will monitor it and if anything changes I will certainly contact geobear again.

Brilliant, no complaints

Two things in particular impressed me: first, the resin injection process itself, which avoids the labour and inconvenience of digging up the ground, second the competence and training of the team who did it. They arrived at 8.30, as announced, and had left the premises, as clean and tidy as they found it, by 14.45. Geobear's website and ample documentation I had found a bit intimidating, because they presume tech-savvy clients not muddled ancients. I need not have worried.

Ian demonstrated great knowledge and was brilliant to work with - I can happily recommend Geobear as a first point of contact if you've concerns about subsidence.

Really pleased with the service I received. The guys were all really lovely and helpful and as much as I hope to never need their services again I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone with subsidence issues.

I had a video call appointment with Gavin from Geobear, he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, explained in very easy to understand language what the company does and how they could help overcome the issue we had with our foundations.

He then supplied a very thorough quote explaining the full process with a detailed cost breakdown and kept in regular touch afterwards answering any questions we had. All in all a very professional experience.

From start to finish all staff involved seemed efficient knowledgeable and well organised Everyone we met were friendly polite and considerate. They were very neat and tidy throughout and left us as we would have wished They were pleased to explain the processes and assure us as they went along
