Refusing Return/Refund
Ordered a ring, arrived within a week to the UK but didn’t look like the photos. Emailed to return and was advised they would offer a free return or an exchange. I asked to return the ring for a full refund as stated on their website and have been met with further emails offering an exchange but no return details! It’s becoming a nightmare trying to return for the “free return” stated on their website!

The tracking info is useless. My order has been sitting in Compton California for SIX days says it is in transit to USPS!! We are in Phoenix AZ, what is going on? I get automated responses telling me to be patient.

The Radiance
The Radiance, size 11.5 is perfect. Due to dementia, my husband has misplaced or lost 2 high dollar rings. Even the least expensive ring at a jewelry store was $1000. The Radiance is heavy and looks good! He's a happy man. The ring was misplaced last week, I contacted Gentlebands because I still wanted to write a review. The company offered to replace free. Good news 2 days later it was found in a small black box in the nightstand drawer.

Not sure, based on my experience how anyone could give this place less than a five star review. I originally wasn’t satisfied with the first ring that was purchased and they replaced it. Totally free of charge. Sarah has been nothing but kind, understanding, and quick to resolve any issues that we’ve had. I want 100% recommend this company if you are looking for a wedding band for your husband.
Excellent product
First off the customer service is excellent, they are quick with email correspondence. Everything about the ring is wonderful including the packaging. The engraving is perfect. I highly recommend them for a unique gift.
When I told my man I got him a ring he said he didn’t wear jewelry but when he saw it he liked it so much he put it on immediately!

I could not give them more praise, I had ordered the “Falling Star” ring for my partner and it was delivered with in 2 weeks of ordering. Emily from GB tech support was super helpful with absolutely everything and I could not recommend them enough!

I bought "The Aerosmith" band for my fiancé- his choice. I got the ring 4 days after ordering. It is beautiful, fits him perfectly, and he is very happy with his new ring. I would definitely recommend this brand and would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I would like to give this company more than just 5 stars. I am truly amazed with the craftsmanship that went into the creation of my ring. It turned out better than I had imagined. I did, however, order the wrong size, and they went ABOVE AND BEYOND with creating a new one in my correct size. I was told to keep the other ring at no additional cost😳. What company would actually do that???? The customer service I received has been nothing but gracious and outstanding. I urge you to give this company a try. They are so worth it

Would give it a zero if I could. If you are a legal representative, you need to sue this company. Probably a gold-mine of legal action against this horrible place. They definitely use fake pictures, seem to likely use child labor to make the rings or they bulk order them from a crap company that does. They use an AI bot as their "genuine human customer service". Disgusting company built on lies. I think that all of us need to realize that we cant be putting in high amounts of our money into anything online unless it is with a single person that you can communicate with directly. We all need to start calling around our local communities and finding unique jewelers, and keep our money at home. Screw these cheap online companies that care only for maximizing their profit. Really, starting to just see the internet purchasing realsm as worse than a cheap flee market. At least there you can talk to a human about your problems.

Fantastic experience
I placed my order with GB, and a few days later, I received it. The package was good, and the ring was perfectly safe inside, but it was just a little too big for me, and unfortunately, the style wasn't for me. This was just a personal choice. So I reached out to GB, asking if I could try a free ring sizer, which they more than happily sent out. Then I asked for another style of ring, and what should I do with the current one? They said to hold on to it. Great trust.
Two more rings later, and I found my wedding ring. GB's communication and service were faultless. I am extremely happy with them and would definitely order from again. Thank you GB
Ring was too small
Ordered my husbands ring in march being the wrong size they told me to keep the ring and sent a new size with in 2 weeks. Fast forward to last week ring has become too small and sarah has been so understanding now sending a new size free of charge! They definitely stick to their word and been so helpful!
STAY AWAY BEWARE
Update: They sent me a parcel with an EMPTY BOX!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I would give them a 0 if I could. Stay away they are scammers. I ordered a ring came as promised, but I need a bigger size was told they would send out a new one correct size was told Aug 1 than told Aug 6 given a tracking number that does not work countless emails back and forth to be told be patient it is on it way rested assured they are tracking it for me. Sarah from customer service is not very helpfully still no ring having credit card charge reversed and will buy ring locally. Do not trust them
Wonderful service with great products
I ordered my first Gentlebands ring nearly a year ago and due to my own error, it was too big when I got it. I kept meaning to get it replaced, but it ended up taking me nearly a full year.
When I contacted Gentlebands, they could not have been more helpful. No questions asked, no hassle, just great service. Within the week I had a new ring of the correct size at zero cost to me.
