Seems very suspicious.
Received faulty goods and sent photos.
Sent many messages but no reply.

Found out their phone number on their website is invalid/fake, other companies are using it.

When post the issue on Facebook comment, they immediately blocked you.

I cannot give a review as I have not received my order despite paying for fast track delivery 9 days ago

I purchased the Geneva brush with liquid used it twice after the 2nd time of using it I woke up and my skin was in fire all blotchy and swollen to the point ive been advised by a gp that I have taken a reaction to this product I don't have sensitive skin what is in this stuff! Will not be ordering again 😒

Used this for 3 days my fave feels right, sore really dry never had my skin go like this before it has ruined my skin. Please do not buy this as I’m not the first to say this it seems a lot of people suffering the same thing with their skin.

Bought the product through Facebook, saw the reviews and was really hopeful. First night I used it, within 30 mins my face was tight and itching. Washed my face continually until it felt better. Following morning face was puffy and blotchy, cleared up quite quickly.
I contacted them for a refund and they asked for pictures! How do you take a picture of dry itchy skin!
Contacted them for a refund as per their website, they said they would refund one bottle but haven't sent me a return address.
Also their phone number on their Web page is invalid.

Absolutely awful. I used it for 3 days and it's ruined my skin, it's damaged my skin barrier. My skin is dry and inflamed. The fine lines under my eyes now look like deep set wrinkles and makeup is settling in them. I am frantically trying to rehydrate my skin and hopefully it will recover. Do not use this cleanser. I have also contacted Genova and not received a reply or offer of refund.

This cleanser has ruined my skin !never ever had problems before with any products and used this twice and it's stripped my skin leaving it inflamed,red and itchy, swallow and sore ,my skin feels like sand paper..DO NOT BUY !

Exactly the same happened to me as the others have said- extremely sore and sensitive skin, it's literally flaking! Feels tight, painful and red, feels like it's burning.
Please please don't buy- it's the biggest scam.

Would give no stars as this completely ruined my skin after having such good skin for so long, I am annoyed at myself for purchasing but urgently need advice on how anyone else who suffered with this restored their skin. I have green headed spots on my chin and nose and dry skin on my neck and face.

Dodgy marketing! I thought I was buying Genova as their website is Genova with an a on the end. They're a knock off brand and product shipped from o/s. Nothing listed about where manufactured but definitely not quality product.

Exactly the same thing happened to me using this pure glow cleanser, puffy sore face, tight dry skin, all white spots on face which i never get. For reference i do not suffer with sensitive skin prior to this. i have contacted the company to hopefully receive a refund as they advertise a 30 day money back guarantee. As I'm sat writing this i can feel my face feeling puffy and tender. So disappointed.

My face is swollen and red and itchy and has been this way since using this product. I have reached out to the company who sent a sympathetic reply which is fair enough, but the fact that I cannot find them when I google them is a bit sus. Just look out ladies, I do not want any of you go through this pain and discomfort.

I used it for the second time on Thursday 2nd Dec. Next day I woke to a swollen and very sore face and neck, It is now Sunday and my face has not calmed down at all, I have not been able to sleep because of the pain and itching. My face remains swollen and very red, my eyes are also puffy. Is this normal?
