Best products on the market hands Down.

Genie is honestly a game changer / products are amazing cut my time in half being a professional cleaner, customer services have been amazing I only had 1 dealing with them and that was because my parcel was delayed with evri but they was more then helpful. The girls at genie are all so helpful & I couldn’t recommended genie products enough. My mum has COPD and struggles using products but she’s had no issues with genie and she’s so happy with it.

Customer service were absolutely fantastic about my mix up order.
They sorted it out very quickly!

I have been using genie cleaning products for 6months. I have not had no issue with my orders, all correct and non missing. Received my order in less than 7days.

I have a cleaning job, and changed all my cleaning products to genie clean. They leave an amazing smell, does what they are ment to do.

Costumer service is amazing my products what I orders have been lost in by th delivery company and they are quick to reply and very helpful the products are amazing too!

I could not rave about these products enough, i generally and honestly rave about them to all my family and friends. i have severe OCD and cleaning really assists in managing my symptoms, i have used the same cleaning products for years - and now they all consist of genie- i generally could not rave about the products enough. i have only ever had minimal experience with customer service however when i have they have always remained professional, and respond promptly and efficiently, could not recommend enough worth every penny.

An amazing cleaning brand & company, they are constantly giving back to people (they’ve just won an award for best business for giving back at the York mix awards) the cleaning products are absolutely fantastic & a little goes a long way which then means saving money too in the long run, also this company carries out free cleans to those who are in need! 10/10 genie clean!

Genie products are the best cleaning products I’ve ever used!, there was a delay with one order but I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and sort it out. Couldn’t recommend genie more.

Amazing customer service!! Products are unbeatable. The smells are out of this world. Any issues are always dealt with promptly & in a very friendly manner. Would highly recommend this company & the products alike.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!
Unfortunately my delivery address was incorrect and was sent to an empty shop - i contacted customer service and got nowhere but let it be. As it would not let me cancel my subscription I skipped the next three deliveries allowing me time to sort it out ONLY TO FIND THEY ARE STILL SENDING THE SEPTEMBER ONE I CANCELLED AND HAVE CHARGED ME.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM DAY 1 AND NOW I'M BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DON'T WANT AND WON'T GET!!!

11 days later still no product.

I placed 2 orders over 3 weeks ago, still not received them. Contacted them on numerous occasions. Says in transit. Delivery is non existent. If they stopped making so many posts on social media and sorted their dispatch process out I might actually be able to review product, if I ever receive them! Won’t be ordering again.

it is nothing like the video showing grease removal, nearly £9 with posteage included, total rip off, It actuallys smells like Jif cleaner, only that used to be better

products are as good as coloured water. I bought 3 cleaning products and none of them work AT ALL. Save your money.
