Good communication and prompts about Christmas items, which were cheery, charming and full of spirit!

My new shoes took me all the way round the Frankfurt Book Fair for a week - wonderfully comfortable, and emerged looking pristine.

Although the item I ordered didn’t suit so had to arrange a return, the customer service team were very helpful & responsive.

Ordered a dress which unfortunately took a bit of time to arrive. I contacted Generous Ape and got a swift response explaining the dress company where struggling to send the correct size out . We eventually got to the bottom of it and the dress came as promised . The main reason for 5 stars is the customer service was outstanding , Lauren in the customer department was wonderful . I would recommend this company !

Lauren and the Generous APE team were incredibly helpful with an order that was delayed due to an issue with the vendor’s supplier.
Lauren was quick to contact the vendor and to coordinate a replacement, which is absolutely lovely! Would definitely use the site again.

I purchased presents for my Mum. They were received in good time for Mother's Day. It's a while to go before she opens them and tries the nail varnish and blusher and I'm assuming they will be of excellent quality on par with my other purchases from Generous APE.

I recently bought some beautiful sustainable clothes hangers from Generous Ape. I love that they’re made from recycled fabric fibres, and when their time comes, will compose naturally instead of spending hundreds of years in a landfill.

Jacket entirely different colour to what's on the web. Entirely. Customer service communication is regular enough but no ownership taken re the jacket. Basically told that's the nature of online shopping and shifted the blame onto the manufacturer and that I will be paying the cost of return for the jacket. Still waiting on my refund and now they won't reply to my emails requesting an update on my refund. Appalling customer service.

I bought my first pair of boots from Wills 7 years ago. After 7 years they're still okay, super comfortable, but decided I needed a few pair. Really pleased with how quickly the order arrived. I love the boots, the are truly made to last, looking forward to wearing them many years from now on.

The customer service from Generous was some of the best I have received. They responded really promptly to a problem (which was caused by one of their suppliers) immediately addressed the issue and offered me a full refund. I then received a sincere email from the Executive Chairman with an apology. Very impressive.
