Walter and the Tech Team found my problem (that I created), fixed it and showed me where the error was. Phew, I'm thankful that they are always available cuz I need them quite often.

I have asked for help several times from the Costumer Support Chat feature, and every single time they respond within a few minutes with the solution. It's almost too easy. I am a very, VERY satisfied costumer, and recommend this to all my fellow Shopify friends.

I've been using GemPages for a few years now.
Of the page builders I've tried this is still the easiest to work with and with the most options.
Being able to edit the code per element provides much more flexibility as well.

Support is also top notch and extremely helpful when you get stuck and need them to help you out, or build out a block for you.

Gempages in itself is verry helpfull to make good looking pages, with a lot of features, and have a professionnal website. But what make it good even more, is the support i have have supprimed days of work, by missclicking, and they have done everything they could to help me and recover my work. They are the best especially Phoebe, Thanks you so much again.

They never fail to solve any issues or help with any minor customisation i need for my store. Very patient and helpful in every request and also the app itself is worth the money
