Super easy to use, great customer service

Super easy to use, and the customer service is amazing. I don't know how to code and the elements are very intuitive and if you do have any questions the customer service team does a great job of walking you through how to fix any issues. Screenshots and video recordings included!

I can always count on GemPages chat support. They explain things clearly, use screenshots to illustrate their suggestions and overall just help you stay sane.

One the best plataform I've used it

The software is very simple to handle and make the landing pages. I had a very good time using it. The support was incredible, always assisting me with everything I need, it was the best support I've ever had in my life. I strongly recommend using GemPages. Their team and software are just amazing.

A rare find in the software industry

We are an American company who shifted from an HTML-based website to Shopify. From the beginning, GemPages has been a blessing. From the well-designed app which anticipated disparate needs of the designer, to the obviously well-trained and well-tuned support staff and process, this company and their offering is a rare find. Try their app and ask a question via the chat mechanism. You will be not be disappointed.

This app is simply AMAZING

This app is simply AMAZING! We tried all the other Page builder apps on the store and none even came close to how good this is. Its simple and easy to use but if you have any questions, the live chat support option is fantastic. The support staff are so helpful and respond so fast its incredible. Highly recommended!

Jane from customer support is a god…

Jane from customer support is a god send!!! She helps me with anything I need and even sends a video to make it less complicated so I know how to code or change something on my product page. They need more employees like her thank you!!

A big thank you to Ikram for her incredible technical expert. She provided me with helpful solutions regarding my website and was always there to answer any questions I had. She was truly invested in helping me out and I appreciate her dedication and determination to resolving the issues. A real gem at GemPages ;) and will highly recommend her services.
