AirPods for £80. The delivery was quite slow but they arrived. I don’t know what I’ve done without wireless earphones in my life. I’m just glad I didn’t get duped, so thank you for not scamming me

I ordered on 12th of october and they just sent me an email saying the despatched and should be there within 2-3 working days, so let's see.

Bought these as a gift after what I thought was careful looking for some well priced AirPods. Turns out it’s a scam been waiting 10 days and haven’t heard back from customer services who I think probably don’t exist. Really gutted as I don’t have the money to spare and now my boyfriend won’t be getting a gift. Really hope they come back to me and refund me.

I too fell for the Google ad and bought without doing any research - I was shocked after I looked at the reviews here and I thought my money was gone for good however I emailed them and asked for a refund - less than 24 hours later the owner of the website Adam replied and told me I’ve been refunded. The following day I received a full refund back. I can’t speak for the product as I never received but I appreciate the fast refund

I must say the firm handled the situation perfectly in the end - patience can be key when you know a company is providing something like airpods so cheaply.

It appears I've made an error using this company - no sooner do I place the order than there is a swathe of bad reviews.

I saw that they updated the guidance to say it would be a week for airpods to despatch - well I've waited a week and there's still no sign of them.

Where is order #182209 placed on 6 October?

I wanted them for a run on Saturday which has now passed, so I'd like a refund please if you're not going to send them.

Update after email response:

They have refunded me - they say they have over 800 pairs of earpods on back order + they're out of stock. So if you've ordered and are waiting, you're going to be waiting a while longer!

Personally I'm just going to buy some new ones from JL for £40 more and a lot less agro.

I placed a order for Airpods pro on 29/09, I paid extra for next day delivery, this never got done. And it's still waiting for them to send. I was given the tracking number and the courier hasn't received the parcel.

Their customer service sucks at replying, they have a live chat, which is more like a dead chat, as no one is ever on it.

They don't want to confirm if the airpods are even genuine, so I'm fully thinking they are fakes. With them only saying in response "These are incredibly good value".

I've had to do a chargeback from my bank, which i'm waiting for them to complete.

Pure conmen at this store, avoid.

So they are on the ball for bad reviews, but not on normal orders. This could have been communicated much more effectively before the fact. If the order is still with the warehouse, why can you not cancel when requested?

Also, paying an extra £7 for next day delivery with Royal Mail so I don't have to deal with Hermes wasn't honoured, where is that extra £7 I spent?

I placed an order for some AirPods on the 2nd Oct where it stated a 2-3 day lead time. 5 days later and I’ve had no response, the order still shows as processing and I’ve had no response to 3 emails sent to ask for an update. The contact telephone number doesn’t work. These items are for my sons birthday this weekend. All I want is an update as to where my order is given the money was transferred at the time of the order. Not impressed with the customer service at all and from reading previous reviews I question the authenticity of the company and the AirPods.

Got some refurbished Airpods Pro from them. They work brilliantly and are definitely worth the discount. I was unsure at first given the mixed reviews but my communication with Adam was quick and clear. I've had various over-ear headphones and look for sound quality and these definitely deliver. The serial number is generic and not correct (presumably as Apple don't do refurbished Airpods and these third party refurbished), though there is a warranty with Geekswag.
In summary, I bought a pair of Airpods pro for a fraction of the price, am very pleased with the battery and sound quality. A friend bought theirs from the apple shop and they're exactly the same - probably because they're genuine refurbishments (as advertised). If not then they're damn good fakes. I'd buy again and have recommended to friends.

Is the airpods (not the pros) real? Someone please let me know

Had a problem with one of my air pods a few weeks after buying them and they fixed them and returned them in less then a week. Great service.

My item came fast within 2 days however I paid £100 for Refurbished Apple Air Pod Pros and got sent fake ones I’m currently sending an email to the company to see if their is anything that can be done but I doubt I could do anything as previous comments seem to have had no luck. Disappointing.
