Can't recommend enough. I have been having a nightmare with my mac as the company I worked for, am freelance, somehow attached my bosses email to my personal one resulting in my whole account being blocked. The company refused to take responsibility. At my wits end I googled IT support and thankfully randomly found Amir from Geeks Callout. He made feel calm and not stupid! Plus my laptop is now working. You always feel nervous giving someone your laptop or phone but usually you are desperate to get it working and will take the risk. Geeks were great. They picked it up same day. Said 48 hours but came back to me in 24 hours. Told me how much before they did work. It was expensive, discussed options for cheaper hardware as I don't use laptop everyday. Delivered back 10pm instead of 8pm as couriers car broke down. But kept me in the loop which was great as I had already paid and was starting to worry that I'd been conned. It works perfectly now. I would highly recommend.

I had a broken laptop display. I checked first with another company, but they were not able to find replacement display. Geeks callout found the part, delivered it from overseas and managed to fix my laptop. All was done within 8-9 days. They also got my laptop from home and then returned it back. They kept me updated.

I needed to fix my PC, as it was heating up and not working properly.
Geeks Callout answered me instantly through the website's chat, and were able to take my PC from my home (!!) and give it back within.. a day - all fixed up!!
They even went the extra mile of organizing my harddrives.
This is a perfect service if I ever saw one.
