Dishonest advertising of services
I paid Geeker about $45 for a quick fix and extra for a “permanent recording.” The tech never turned on screen sharing, so I got audio only. When I asked for the recording I paid for, Geeker offered me $4.99 back and told me to pay another $45 to redo the exact same service.
That’s like a photographer leaving the lens cap on and then charging you for another photoshoot. The fix itself worked, but the recording (the part I actually bought this service for) was never delivered. Expect to pay twice if their tech makes a mistake with the added bonus of their customer support taking 4 days to even deliver their news of the unavailable recording but inviting you to hire them again.
The original service took 8 minutes. Fixing the fallout has taken 28 emails, incomplete recordings, and zero resolution.

Since I heard from Geeker a few months ago I started to use them for any issue with our computers, I told my employees any issue they should just click a request to Geeker and they will take care of it.
They have technicians within minutes.
Geeker IT Technician are amazing and they find fast solutions.
I had many issues on my computers but since I started to use Geeker they took care of everything starting from Virus to connect my printers to my shared folders and.... the list is big, I can tell since awe started to use Geeker we gained so much hours.

I wasn't very happy with my service
I wasn't very happy with my service. The problem did get solved, but only after the tech tried a bunch of things that didn't work. Then he suggested a solution that he said I wasn't going to like. Which sounded like a solution that would take a long time (paid by the minute). Then, I suggested a solution that seemed pretty obvious and when it was implemented, the problem was solved immediately. I can't help wondering why he didn't suggest the solution I brought up sooner. And if I hadn't brought it up, how much time would his solution have taken? He was a very nice man and I liked him, but I felt I paid too much for Geeker.
