Good old fashioned customer service with lots of good knowledgeable and impartial advice thrown in. You might get it marginally cheaper elsewhere but you won't get it better!

Amazing customer service from the moment I entered the shop. Friendly, helpful and very professional guys. My MacBook Pro repair took over the day and night, I was kept updated with support tickets via email as well as phone calls. What a treasure place in centre of Wrexham!

Brilliant support. My wife’s tablet, a Christmas present in 2021, stopped switching on after just over 12 months from purchase. I took it back to Currys/PCWorld who didn’t want to know because it was just over 12 months old! So I took it to Steve at Geek Cabin and in 24 hrs, he found all the faults , of which there were many, and rectified them. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

I took a broken laptop and external drive to Steve, and he went above and beyond to get a result on the items.

From the moment I stepped into the shop to the moment I collected my items, Steve and his team were extremely helpful and very clear as to the process of repair. Their communication and customer service is exceptional, and they explained everything clearly and precisely.

There is only one place I would recommend for any tech repairs or assistance, and that is the Geek Cabin.

Took my tablet in for a repair to the charging port on my Samsung Tab to find out I only needed a new charging cable! Really helpful young man there. I would highly recommend this small Wrexham business.

Well everyone, smashed my screen on my iphone, dropped it off at 10am picked it up on lunch, lovely guys, plain talking, this is the price inc. vat, my phone is like new again.

What can I say except they are reliable helpful they don't treat as an idiot quick and so reasonably priced I can praise this company enough that will do it justice

Used their live chat to give them an idea of what I wanted, called in the shop the following day and picked it up, well chuffed with my new desktop.

I have used their services twice and have been blown away by both.
The first was a screen repair and the second a charging port.
The level of customer service was great and the prices are very reasonable for the service you are getting.

Bloody hell.. I got to say that they were brilliant over the live chat , I was abit confused about what and where to get a pc , from a pre-own one to theirs and the lad was really honest and down to earth , he gave me his unbiased opinion,which was a huge help to my confusion.

I approached Steve for a new pc system, sent him a rough spec for what I was after and he promptly gave me a quote. His communication was clear and concise throughout the process, which gave me confidence the new system was right for my needs.

Couldn't recommend these guys more highly. Pc was collected, fixed and returned the same day. The team were polite helpful and professional. They didn't make you feel stupid (even though I very clearly am!!) - honestly a great team......100% the people I will be using for all my PC issues.

I had an unfortunate accident with my cdj equipment and a drink! I instantly messaged Steve at the Geek Cabin to see if he could save it from being scrapped. My deck has come home today looking brand new and I can't thank him enough. Brilliant communication and very very reasonable price to completely clean and service my equipment. Fantastic local business, dropped my phone on tiles yesterday, screen cracked. Contacted them last night and they today have collected, fixed and returned my phone within a couple of hours!!

My daughter cracked her ipad screen on Wednesday night, I got in touch with Geek Cabin on Thursday morning and they took it in for repair. Had it returned on Saturday morning fully working, including the touch ID. I would totally recommend using Geek Cabin for your repair needs. Quick and efficient service with friendly people.
