Problem solved with a Y Axis on a Laser Machine
I am very satisfied with the support provided to me. Thanks to your precise instructions and the demonstration video, I was quickly able to resolve the problem and use the laser (the nuts were too tight and did not allow it to slide in the Y-axis guides). Everything now works perfectly!
Terrible product and customer service
I purchased a watch. The strap broke within 2 months and then it stopped working within 3 months. Customer service responded with: hank you for your email.

I feel if a product stopped working within 3 months that is a manufacturing fault - plain and simple.
There product was not fit for purchase. Next time I will go to Amazon, who would have replaced it in a second.
Watch stops working within 30 days!
I ordered 2 smart watches c26 model. One has stopped working within 30 days of receiving it. It won't turn on, it won't charge and will not connect to the phone. I have tried both chargers which work fine the other watch.The phone number on the Gear Geek website doesn't take phone calls only plays a message to say email them. Received an email telling me to do the obvious (try a different charger!!) Record a video of it not working, which I have done but the file is too big to send via an email. One disappointed son who loved the watch.

Awfull company I bought a watch thst won't charge and they are making it impossible to return demanding videos and photos and buying a different charger and then when you send all them in email they don't get back to you all i want to do do is return a faulty watch that won't charge. Ridicolous

Ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse, absolutely rubbish quality. So flimsy, like a piece of plastic had been attached to tin foil. They’re refusing to refund me.

Unreliable product, poor customer service
I bought a smart sports watch ( C26 waterproof watch RRP £79.99), hoping it would do the basics. It turned out to be totally unreliable and inaccurate. Additionally, the customer service was slow, pretty poor, and they provide a telephone line that automatically tells you to go to the website. The product:
- stopped during workouts
- did not accurately measure BPM
- the screen flashed off when checking workout progress
- did not sync properly with strava
I was asked to provide video evidence (twice) which is tricky when the issue is in the middle of a workout...
And it arrived later than next day paid for delivery

Mis wrote my address and requested again with different address. Got wrong again, waiting for 3rd time. Its been almost3 weeks now and originally i paid next day delivery.

The item I ordered was incorrect and was asked to send photos and was then sent another item which was also incorrect, I was then asked to send a video but that was rejected due to the size of the video file, It seems someone is making it difficult for me to get what I ordered.

Terrible terrible terrible. I want a refund.
I used to have nothing but praise for this company. Their products were affordable, closely resembled the real thing, and were always of fantastic quality—I never had any issues in the past.
Recently, I ordered two more pairs of pods for a flight, as I had lost one earbud from my old set. Unfortunately, the new ones are a huge disappointment. They feel incredibly flimsy and lightweight, almost as if there's no battery inside. They won’t charge, and the instructions are the same as the old version—hold the button until the light flashes to connect—but these don’t even light up. It's like no one’s home. They feel more like display models than actual working headphones.
I’m appalled. I’ve tried reaching out for support, but no one is responding. I checked the website today and couldn’t even find the product listed anymore. I’m not sure if they’ve sold out or just sent out defective units. Either way, it’s unacceptable.

SNIDE . I will never use this company, Don’t make an account and give up your data for money off coupon. Not until you’ve made the account do you find out there’s a minimum amount you have to spend . I hate sneaky untrustworthy companies that trade like this

I have used Gear Geek before and was very impressed with the service so I thought I'd treat myself to a new Smart watch and some new headphones.well impressed with the watch ⌚ but a little disappointed with the headphones only being mono instead of Stereo over all great service and delivery from Royal mail.
