I did get paid, less then quote and it wasn't with in 24 hours. The way they say it works wasn't how it worked with me. 4 days to get paid out and no answer to my emails until I wrote on here:

That is precisely why I was trying to contact you so urgently—because of your delayed response, and because I checked the balances and found that they are already at zero.

We reviewed the submissions associated with your account and would like to clarify the validation results.
Reference number GCCE-6ADC27-55E2 was a Spa & Wellness gift card submission, which is currently not a supported card category on our platform and therefore could not be processed.
Regarding the two Home Depot submissions:
GCCE-CFD403-B4D7
GCCE-F3D390-51B3
both gift cards returned a zero balance during validation at the time of review. Since no available balance was present on either Home Depot card, the submissions could not be approved for payout.
Our system only validates the live balance status returned during processing and cannot independently remove or use balances from customer cards.
THEY TAKE YOUR $ AND WILL NOT PAY YOU
They took the money off my gift card within minutes, 24 hours later still have not gotten response from anything other than an AI bot. When I check my status, it says it's not a valid submission. Phone number doesn't work and there is no business by the name GC Circle at their posted address. I reported them to the store my gift card was from and they are working to cancel the card they purchased with my money and the store was also kind enough to replace my gift card. I have reported the site to the FTC, and will continue to leave reviews on every possible platform. I hate thief!!

Currently in the process of suing this scamming lying website. Over the course of 3 days. I have not only not moved out of the FIRST STEP. I sat for over 6 hours speaking to a fake virtual person that lied and made promise after promise that a “human” will be able to help me and cancel my order. They STOLE my 480$ target gift card that I never used. They never paid me. Have not spoken to anyone. Emailed BOTH EMAILS OVER 5 TIMES EACH WITH NO RESPONSE!!! It’s actually so funny how after I’m done with this company no one will be able to use this shitty ass website. It’s a disgrace how you completely lie to people. Never telling them you HOLD THE FUNDS before even paying them. Why do you need to hold the funds for a card you guys HAVENT EVEN VERIFIED YET!! Hopefully no one uses this again before I get to sue them and you guys don’t lose money. Fook everyone that owns this company is involved and karma will never let you live life peacefully.

Theft
Been 24 hours and nothing. The AI chatbot admitted to lying about bringing a human into the chat. Stole my $200 gift card. I emailed operations and they never responded.

Please never send this 'company' anything
Tried to send them cards for the first time, expecting payout as advertised in about half a day. Waited much longer than that and sent emails inquiring. No reply. Tracking codes don't even show up as existing anymore (they did initially). I have to conclude this feels like a scam, but hopeful. It's been five days.
For the below comment, I can't see a way to reply directly, but I sent a follow-up email on 5/27 to the operations email address. I don't want to post these things publicly, but the email address begins with stc.
Update 5/29: Still no reply, but now one of the two GCs I sent are drained and tracking codes show no result. The most charitable thing I can come up with is that they're turning around and selling the cards right away and then using the proceeds to pay off other cards, which would be bad enough. But realistically: If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...

Submitted gift card worth $150.00 USD, the cleared the balance and then replied saying that the system auto rejected the card. They will not answer and emails or followup regarding, nor are they offering any compensation whatsoever or replacement/replenishment. DO NOT USE! SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY OFFER TO PAY FOR YOUR GIFT CARDS BUT DONT BE A FOOL LIKE MYSELF AND GIVE THEM THE CARD NUMBERS AND PIN SO THEY CAN CLEAR THE BALANCE AND LEAVE YOU WITH NOTHING!
