Terrible Customer Service!
The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. There's no was to easily and quickly cancel an order (even before it ships), so my order went to an address I didn't want it going to. There's no phone number that I could find to speak to an actual human being, so the "people" I was emailing with could have absolutely been AI. In fact, I would not be surprised if it was AI; it was either that, or they were people following a script. What AI and people following a script have in common is that neither has the capacity to care. Finally, the return policy is garbage. You can exchange something that you've already touched and tried on, but they won't allow you to return something that has not been opened or touched in any way. This company is run by people who do not care about the customers and won't even pretend to.
