We have over 20 years combined experience in the printer cartridge industry covering a variety of businesses from car showrooms, opticians and offices as well as home users. We pride ourselves on our service, expertise, local knowledge – and more service! We KNOW our customers’ needs and we VALUE each and every one of them which is why our customers come back to us, time after time We provide a level of personal service and expertise that other online competitors simply can’t match. We are experts at servicing, repairing and sourcing the best printers and ink products for our customers. We are extremely happy to spend time with customers discussing their ink and printer needs and recommending the right products and services for them, – not the most expensive option but the option that is right for them. We will take the time to reassure them that their printer will not “crash” or fail if they don’t buy an expensive branded cartridge – despite the frightening error messages that may flash up on your printer from time to time. I couldn’t be more impressed with these ink cartridges. The value for money is genuinely fantastic — they perform every bit as well as the original manufacturer’s cartridges, but at only a fraction of the cost. The print quality is sharp, colours are vibrant, and my printer hasn’t complained once!
What really sets this company apart, though, is their professionalism and efficiency. Every interaction I’ve had with their representatives has been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that clearly takes pride in what they do.

Great price and great customer support 1st cartridge did not work correctly so they sent a replacement out within 24 hours and that one worked perfectly.
