This bike is a beauty and a well built machine. The finish, including paint and weld joints are impeccable. The bike is big, too big for me due a back injury. While its size/weight make for an extremely comfortable ride, stops and starts are only faintly similar to a conventional bike. The bike is not particularly maneuverable and feels like a tank when negotiating sharp turns and mitigating street traffic. From a cosmetic perspective I’m curious when considering the flawless finish of the bike that quality control didn’t get around to bundling and securing the cords on the handlebar area. Also, the headlamp while integrated, seems like an afterthought based on mounting and lack of intensity. Unfortunately, even with the Bosch mid-drive, the bike is terribly underpowered, lacking torque to easily assist on grades. I don’t think I would purchase this bike if I had the chance to reconsider.

A bike that l’m Very confortable, with this bike (Medeo T10), I started cycling again! I’ll put a Dual Battery Kit to extend my hikes 😀!

For my review Is to early, just biked three weeks on the Gazelle bike, so far so good but what I said need more time and better weather on the bike!

The buying experience with our local Gazelle dealer (Cranked Bike Studio) and great engineering of your bikes, has gone beyond any of our expectations. We got the C8's for many reasons, test rode about 15 different brands, and decided on the Gazellles!

Great bike for everyday riding.

I love the design of my new Royal Dutch Gazelle bike. The combination of the comfortable ride of the bike with the Bosch motor and Enviolo hub make longer journeys through the city possible and even pleasant. The Ultimate is making car-free living better.

I've been riding a Gazelle bike for over five days now, and I can honestly say that it's the best bike I've ever owned. It's comfortable, durable, and stylish, and it's always a pleasure to ride.

I especially appreciate the Gazelle's upright riding position, which makes it so comfortable to ride for long distances. The seat is also very comfortable, and the suspension system does a great job of absorbing bumps and jolts.

The Gazelle is also very durable. I've ridden it in all kinds of weather, and it's never let me down. The frame is made from high-quality materials, and the components are all top-notch.

Finally, the Gazelle is just a beautiful bike. The sleek design and the high-quality paint job make it a real head-turner.

Overall, I highly recommend Gazelle bikes to anyone looking for a comfortable, durable, and stylish bicycle.

My husband and I bought two Gazelles and are so impressed with the thought behind the design, the quality of construction and the comfort of the ride.

Great customer service. Properly fitted to the bicycle and thoroughly reviewed operation of the bike. Provided maintenance suggestions for the first month of ownership.

I received my bike approx. 10 days ago. I rode my bike about three times and heard a strange noise with my bike's break. For safety reason, I took it to my bike shop and learned that it wasn't installed correctly. It is unfortunate that I experienced such a simple issue so quickly. That's one of the issue.

As for on the bike, I feel that missing a water bottle holding screws as a standard offering is unacceptable. From the pictures online, the C380 HMB had water bottle holder screws, while the actual bike is missing them. I am very disappointed that a bike doesn't have water bottle holder screws as a standard feature.

Amazing build quality using standardized and easier to find components. Though they are premium quality, I appreciate the lack of proprietary components. Maintenance and accessorizing is so easy.

It’s a solid e-bike that is easy to ride. Shifting the different power modes is very easy. All of the extras that are standard were a bonus.

We had superior service from the bike shop, Wreckless in Vancouver BC where we bought our bikes. We are very pleased with them.

I recently purchased a Gazelle Medeo T10+ and this bike is an upgrade from an ebike made by another company. This bike is so much better. I absolutely love the feel of the ride and feel more confident on this bike than the other small folding bike. Well worth the money.

Tech easily identified my issue, problem, which it turns out was not really a problem, just something I was unaware of. Easy in and out!!

Great bike! enjoying it. Wish the Bosch computer was a little better.
