I've been waiting for a shipping notification for 11 days now. I placed the order believing it would ship within 48 hours, as advertised on the website. However, this isn't the case. The contact form on the website is faulty and states that my email address is incorrect. Shipping is supposed to be express and has already been paid for. I find this process extremely unprofessional.

How can a web-shop in 2025 being this slow survive the competition?
It simply blows my mind how a Web-shop can survive in a market with consumers expecting prompt delivery.
It took 10 days from my order placement until an email confirmed shipment. I question if the information was valid, since tracking information was unavailable several days after.
I received my order ONE MONTH after order placement.

Customer support turned round a bad…
Customer support turned round a bad delivery experience.
I had left a one star review as my product hadn't arrived after many weeks and I was annoyed that I had been sent an email asking for a review.
Customer support then got in contact immediately and got on the case.
It did take a bit of sorting out and I think it was down to courier not leaving a note (twice) to say parcel was at collection office, but I eventually got my product.
So thanks to customer support for being proactive.
