Poor customer service and missed deadlines
We had made it extremely clear when we ordered our items that we needed them by a certain day, this was acknowledged by Garment Printing who then shipped half of the order late (missed the express delivery cut off meaning the item was never going to make it to us) then proceeded to give very poor customer service with 0 follow up and absolutely no assistance with a resolution - would never use again.

We would like to clarify that we fulfilled our commitment by producing and dispatching your order within the agreed production timeframe. Your order was shipped in two consignments, one on the 4th business day(Wednesday) and the remaining items on the 5th business day (Thursday), in line with our production schedule. The first shipment was delivered the following business day via Express Post.
Unfortunately, while we dispatch orders within the promised timeframe, delivery times after dispatch are managed by Australia Post and are outside our control. In this instance, the second parcel was delivered on the following Monday rather than the next business day.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry the delivery outcome impacted your experience. We wish you all the best moving forward.

Outstanding service! Alvin on the Live Chat went above and beyond to help me find the exact shirt and colour I was looking for. Once I confirmed my choice, he quickly created the logo and organised the placement while I waited. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and the whole process was easy and hassle-free. Avoid at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely terrible customer service.
I designed a shirt on their website, then some time later I went back to the saved design to order 5 of the shirts. The design was on the shirt when I ordered, I even had to edit the design to have a different name on each of the 5 shirts. When I clicked 'Buy' it gave me a warning that some of the image was outside the print area. The part that was outside was just the transparent background so I was ok with that.
When I received the shirts they were blank with no artwork added at all. After some investigation it was clear the design I submitted didn't go through their ordering process properly.
The shirts were needed for an event, by the time I received them it was too late to send back, have them customised, and sent back to me. I would have received them after the event and they would have been useless to me, so I did not proceed.
Customer service has been horrible while trying to get a refund. They refuse to refund the full amount even though it was caused by an issue with their systems. They will only offer a partial refund but this is not good enough.
Avoid them at all costs, they just want your money and don't care about customer experience.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few important points regarding your order.
You were not charged for the design printing, as the artwork was not added to your order at the time of checkout. Our support team spoke with you and created a separate order so that you could return the blank garments and we could proceed with adding the artwork as requested. However, you later requested a full refund instead.
As per our company policy, in cases of change of mind, a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount. This is why a partial refund was offered. We understand that you insisted on a full refund.
That said, I am currently discussing this matter with the Support Team management to explore whether we can reach a resolution that keeps you satisfied. I will update you once I receive confirmation.
