Garden Wildlife Anmeldelser

Still having received the order after almost 9 weeks

Excellent company with a good selection of bird foods quickly delivered.

Great place with very helpful customer support, nothing is too much trouble. Plants are of the highest quality with excellent care taken in their packaging/sending. I would highly recommend this company.

Was deluvered with care and iam very happy with the 3 seater bench i bought

Quality item great price

Excellent product delivered on time

Excellent plants. Well packaged and good service.

Avoid this company—they mislead customers during the purchasing process. Be sure to carefully check the photos and descriptions; the customer has to cover return shipping costs—it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered such a policy on a website.

Top plants ,Brilliant to deal with and great customer service

Prompt delivery, looks ok haven’t put it together yet

I ordered some garden netting for a vegetable cage and they couldn't have been more inefficient. Not only did they deliver different dimensions from what I had ordered but their own label on the box also said something completely different.
Their follow up customer service was also appalling and I ended up having to order from a different company.
I personally wouldn't touch them with the proverbial pole!

Fabulous plants, my plants arrived today in great condition. There was a stock issue, but the company contacted me immediately and offered a solution. They couldn't have done more or been more helpful.
Fantastic service! Many thanks

We had no instructions or bolts and screws we had to go buy them.
Furniture good quality

Incredible slow delivery and still yet to arrive, i have had to chase up several times

I’ve had a few products from GW and have to say I’m always very happy with the products and the service. I love the fact they cover so many areas within the garden. It only makes my shopping experiance a great one. It’s a tick for retail therapy.

I have recently left a negative review for this company.
THIS WAS AN ERROR.
The review was intended for a similarly named company, garden wildlife direct.
I have removed the original post for garden direct, and wish to confirm I have had no dealings with them and cannot comment about their services.
I wish garden direct rhe best as they develop their business.
I do however maintain my opinion of the (unfortunately) similarly named garden wildlife direct, who I am told has no affiliation with garden wildlife.

Delivered exactly when expected, and left where we requested.
Beautiful bench, really sturdy and well made.

Very good quick efficient company, good communication and quality.I will use again.

Great service with fast delivery.
Item im very pleased with fantastic quality.
Highly recommended and will be purchasing again 👍🏼

It was delivered all made up when I expected it to be in kit form. Good quality bench. Only slight down was that it took over a month to be delivered but not a major issue once they made me aware of this.
