Typical, it has been delivered but to someone else. Ordered a mattress topper at the start of March, now into April it hasn’t shown up but states it’s been delivered. So I have emailed and hoping this can be fixed but hopefully not with another 4/5 week delivery time.

You should consider changing your delivery company as they do not give any information about where it has been delivered or who delivered it and they are also stating that it needs to be sorted out with you guys and the delivery team so I can’t even rectify this myself?

Edit*: the trustpilot review was requested for review on my part as they say it wasn’t their product, more than happy to provide receipts and proof it was bought from yourselves if you could kindly respond to the emails I have sent you which already has a photo of my purchase from yourself and the delivery note from your delivery company..
Seems like they just don’t like taking responsibility for their bad reviews, lack of care and responsibility taken. I had paid for delivery insurance on it as I knew it was coming from afar but it’s now run out, so perhaps that’s now going to be the excuse they will use.

Garden Trends, please step up and do the right thing. I will keep updating my reviews as it goes on and eventually will get my money back through the bank if it doesn’t get fixed.

I have the proof it has come from you guys so not sure why you are still denying it? Please drop me an email so I can contact you with the relevant photos of the product I’ve purchased off you.

Delivered very quickly and in good condition. Looks fearsome and I can't wait to try it out.

Slight hiccup with my delivery after it arrived phoned garden trends regarding the problem they kept me informed with any updates when they happend can't thank them enough for the professional service we received from garden trends looking forward to using my new garden furniture

I ordered battery powered blower, after "fianally" arriving, the unit doesn't function, I've tried reaching out multiple times, still no response, I'll blame myself, should have looked at there reviews before placing the order, I'll know better next time, guess I'm just out $105.00!!

Quick delivery. Quality product.

Sofa set online advertised as ‘beige’ and photographed as such. Arrived dark grey and the company are refusing to admit the fault.

Arrived on time and communication was also very good.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality! We were nervous to spend so much money on rattan garden furniture but we did our research and this company kept coming up with so many GENUINE positive customer reviews. They have an actual store in the UK where you can speak to people face to face which gave us more confidence. The customer service team over the phone were fantastic when discussing the delivery and their great relationship with the courier (pallet force) made for such a smooth and informed delivery. We are very pleased with our order and can't wait to use it over summer. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service around a return issue (DHL issue) aswell as a great quality and well priced garden patio set.

All first rate apart from the delivery company supposed to be delivered Wednesday 25th and then said it was delivered Friday 27thand now expected Tuesday 3rd no real problem I’m not desperate for the delivery but I’m away on holiday and have had to phone home to see if the delivery is done ☑️

I still haven't received delivery, the carrier provider you chose to use is very poor

Excellent service from Garden Trends. Customer service was responsive and very helpful. Breath of fresh air to deal with a company like this nowadays. As you can tell with my username, I usually only come on to complain but not this time.

Quality product, extremely well packaged and protected. This is the third garden set we have purchased from Garden Trends and we have been pleased with each one of them. Would recommend for both quality and price.
