Very happy with the product and the…
Very happy with the product and the trellises look great as a bit of extra height on top of some short fences. They are super well made and look like they'll last a very long time. The only slight downside was a shipping issue which caused a delay but was out of their control and was sorted and I was kept up to date about it.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend! The quality of the products is excellent and exactly what I was looking for for my project. I liked that they offer the option to have the trellis pre-painted. I chose not to have mine painted, but I actually regretted that decision later, so I’d definitely consider it next time. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and will definitely use this company again.

Ok but….
Panels arrived ok but one panel was split and damaged at the corner and the contractor had to glue and cramp it securely, wasn’t worth returning the panel due to the cost which I would have to pay for. Would suggest that better packaging support at the corner would be better

We're pleased to hear your panels arrived overall, but we're sorry to learn that one of them had sustained damage to the corner. We can't see that this issue was reported to us at the time, had we been contacted we would certainly have looked into it and worked with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, while we take great care in manufacturing and packing our products, couriers do not always handle goods as carefully as we would like, and occasional transit damage can occur despite our best efforts. We are continually reviewing our packaging and appreciate your suggestion regarding additional corner protection, which we will pass on to our packing team for consideration.

The quality of the products I purchased…
The quality of the products I purchased and were exact what I needed. If there is one thing I waited over 4-6 weeks for the delivery and would be a good idea if the company could look to reduce lead time from placing order.

We're sorry that the delivery time was longer than you had hoped. Painted orders do take longer to manufacture, particularly during our busiest periods, and we do make this clear on our website before customers place their order so they can make an informed decision about the lead time.
We're always looking at ways to reduce our lead times, but it's a careful balance. Reducing them significantly would require increasing our production capacity and taking on additional staff, which would ultimately increase the cost of our products. We work hard to strike the right balance between offering high-quality products at competitive prices and delivering them as quickly as possible.

Good products overall, but room for improvement
I first came across this company through various garden designers I follow on Instagram, so I was completely bought in before ordering. I purchased posts, trellises, post caps in olive green and a tin of olive green paint.
The products have only been installed for a few months, but so far I am impressed with how they look. The olive green colour is really lovely and the paint quality seems very good. The overall finish is attractive and the products do look premium once installed.
However, one of the posts developed a significant bow after only a few months, which was disappointing given the price point. I raised this with the company and, although it took some back and forth, they did eventually resolve the issue.
My main negatives are that the products are considerably more expensive than other options, and the website is not particularly easy to use. Overall, I do like the look of the products so far, but based on the issue with the bowed post, the higher pricing and the website experience, I would give 3 stars.

Exceptional quality and look amazing..
I have recently purchased 3 privacy garden trellis, posts and toppers from this company. They were delivered by a very friendly delivery man who answered my questions about fitting them onto a very old slate and brick wall in my garden. I had them fitted onto my wall the next day and can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations in every way..absolutely love the olive colour they have been painted, they look classy, extremely well made and sturdy. They have given me that extra privacy I have wanted and even the fitter said he was totally impressed with the quality and how amazing they look. Worth the cost and I am so very pleased with my purchase....I can highly recommend this company for sheer professional quality and workmanship I will definitely be purchasing from them again..

We are a business
We are a business. I made a mistake on the address for the delivery. The company were totally inflexible and wouldn't change the address (not yet delivered but on route) and then returned items and charged an additional delivery charge.

We understand that customers can sometimes make mistakes with delivery addresses. Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and payment accepted, we are unable to change the delivery address, as this would not comply with the regulations and security measures surrounding online purchases. We believe this was explained at the time your enquiry was made. We did offer you the option to pay by bank transfer and we would refund your card payment, this would then allow the address to be changed, but this was not done until the end of the day which was then too late to redirect the order for you. We feel we were as flexible as we could be under the circumstances.
As the delivery could not be completed to the original address provided, the order was returned to us, and the additional delivery charge covered the cost of resending the items.
We appreciate your comments and are sorry we couldn't offer the flexibility you were hoping for. We are always happy to help where we can within the requirements we must follow.

Wood quality and finish to be improved!
We bought from the Trellis Company on the assumption they would provide top quality trellises.
But we were only mildly satisfied.
The quality of the wood and the finish is NOT top quality. The trellis have rough surfaces in some part, some chips and even some minor bumps. It feels more like a second hand trellis from reclaimed wood than premium quality ones.
It looks good from a distance and the colour is gorgeous. But don't look too close!
Added comment - order ref order SO8059. Since we ordered the most expensive available, I assume it was you prestige range!

We are sorry to hear that the trellis did not fully meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot locate an order under the name used for this review, so we are unable to verify exactly which product was purchased.
From your description, it is possible that you purchased from our Standard Range. These products are manufactured from planed timber, but they are not sanded smooth. As timber is a natural material, some minor naturally occurring characteristics such as small knots, slight surface irregularities, chips, or bumps can occasionally be present and are considered normal within the specification of this range.
We would like to reassure you that our products are made from new, quality timber and are certainly not rough-sawn, reclaimed, or second-hand materials.
If you were seeking a perfectly smooth, furniture-quality finish, our RHS Prestige Range may have been more suited to your requirements. These premium products are manufactured using joinery-grade timbers and are sanded smooth throughout, which is reflected in their higher price point.
We appreciate your comments and are pleased to hear that you liked the overall appearance and colour of the trellis. If you would like to contact us directly with your order details, we would be happy to discuss your concerns further.
