There is misleading process, they promise you 20% of everything, but when ordering they transfer you to a different webpage with no discount!
It used to buy at Garden of Life online shop frequently, now they redirect and I think this is to mislead you that they give discount but then it is not applied when you pay for this, as they explained to me that this item is under Every Health website. Every Health seems just a different name for garden of life, as I think they try to avoid any discounts and their low rating in the reviews.

Products are good HOWEVER there service is REALLY BAD. I have ordered multiple times and each and everyone was delivered at the wrong address. They use DHL and clearly they can not read addresses or the address was wrong. I am currently waiting for an order of which DHL states has been delivered but not at my address. I have been going back and fort now with Garden of Life for over a week, first they confirmed that the package was delivered and that I should fill out a disclaimer form in order to get a refund, which I did, only to get a reply that the package is a semi tracked order and could still arrive in 2 weeks. Meanwhile they will not pickup my complaint. REALLY, an order I placed more than 2 weeks ago. Poor, terrible service, I will not be ordering any more.

After 20 days and multiple follow-ups, they cancelled the order. Their customer service told me that payment is not taken out until I shared the bank statement with them. Yet to receive refund after 25 days. Horrendous experience and a last one with them. Won't recommend buying from their website especially if you are from Australia. My order number is 581094122.

I ordered pre-natal vitamins from them from their UK website. The vitamins contain Vitamin A which people should not take when pregnant according to NHS. I noticed it before I opened the box so I contacted them for a return. They wanted me to ship the vitamins in the USA although they arrived to me by royal mail from a UK address and I have to pay the shipping which is £20+. Avoid them for both of these reasons, especially since the products are not clinically approved and they can harm you. I don't know how they are allowed to operate in the UK.

They wanted to have more details about my experience, they said they sent me a message via TrustPilot, but suprise suprise, the message is nowhere to be found.

The label says to let it fizz, it doesn't. The label says it is Orange flavored, it isn't. I emailed, using their contact form and waited a full week for a response, got none. So I called, waited 34 minutes and 57 seconds in que, got recordings explaining that "they were in a meeting and could not answer" that "there was no one available" to talk to me. Because it doesn't fizz, I don't know if it's safe. Can I mix it into my vitamin C fizzy drink?? Two simple questions, no answers. Then I learn that they sold out to Nestle. No wonder. Now I have a very expensive, unusable product.

SCAM. Do not ever purchase anything from this company. It just a money trap. Believe me it seems all good on the website and stuff but in reality you can neither get your parcel nor your money back.

Deceitful company not advertised that good come from USA! Advised 2-3 days shipping g arrived 3 weeks later! Advised I wanted to return goods they then said keep them and we will refund you. No refund received! I paid by credit card so will get the card company to reimburse me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!

I called to get a replacement for one product that expired too soon. They told me they would contact me to get out a replacement for me. They never did. I called back a few times and they kept dodging me. I have never had this issue with other supplement companies. Other companies care about their products and their customers concerns. This company is getting shadier by the day. Im on to you GOL.

I ordered two products from garden of life website on 20 th october. They sent message i can receive my package on 1st november but i had not received. On tracking they said the order arrived on 7 th november but i have not received my package yet, they sent message my neighbour received. How can that possible. I wrote my adress and name. Its so disappointing. Now what can i do pls tell me

Well we're do l start cevdet the restaurant manager is amazing person he will do anything for you and go out of is way to heip and all so usif brilliant and all staff to manager are really nice the hotel we stayed 5 times and we love it and it's amazing place to be looking forward to next you when we back Steven West Yorkshire England

I did not like the taste of the sweetener they use. I was contacted immediately and the issue resolved so great customer service.

I ordered 2 Organic green superfoods, I selected 2 Chocolate, I then clicked a link to see another product but decided it was not for me, I went back to the page an added the 2 superfoods to my basket not realising it had changed back the the original flavor insread of chocolate, I asked If I could return once they arrived? Bare in mind I ordered from their UK website.
They said yes and sent me a return for which I would have to pay myself. The return form was to the USA??
this would have cost me over £20 just to return. I ordered from a uk website so why can't I send back to your UK branch?? An absoloute joke. Now i'm stuck with two disgusting flavoured product.

I would never reccomend this site nor will I ever be using again, Terrible customer service, and disgusting overpriced product.

Ho ordinato 2 confezioni di vitamine consegnatemi in data 24.06.23 (ordine effettuato in data 05.06.23..) Una confezione reca il luogo di produzione in Germania e l'altra negli USA, ma il pacco mi e' arrivato dalla Cina (Hong Kong). Ma come e' possibile?? Domani, 26.06.23 restituisco i prodotti. Non voglio integratori prodotti in Cina!!! Do una stella, perche' non e' possibile darne zero.

I recently ordered Garden of Life Vanilla and also chocolate raw organic meal replacements. They arrived and I tried the chocolate which is the most disgusting flavour I have ever eaten, I wanted to find an organic product to replace YFoods meal replacements which unfortunately use sucralose —so found G of Life—-I’m not even going to try to vanilla flavour —I’m waiting for a return instruction. This product isn’t cheap and it just lacks the taste you’d expect. I think the punchline is: ask for a sample of the product and don’t assume that no one would produce anything so horrible.

Irresponsible company - This company isn't responsibly training it's representatives on the products.
UPDATE 16th May 2023:
Garden Life have 'New & Improved' on the new packaging for some of their protein powders. When I've contacted them about the changes and could they let me know what they are a) no one knew and I was told I'd be emailed in a couple of days, this never happens and b) no-one on the phone has clue about the products. I asked if I can take more than one shake a day, I was told sure, do whatever you like, I asked if that was correct as the vitamin levels are quite high, the agent then said she'd ask someone. Long hold, and then "...no, you should only have one a day, due to the vitamin levels..." Right, so you say one thing and then another. **You are selling products that you responsibly need to have representatives that can advise customers on** it could be dangerous, if someone misuses a product or is allergic to your new and improved formulas. I was flippantly told don't worry, it's only some of the ingredients that have changed. Yeah, that's why I'm calling! This company gets worse and worse and isn't responsibly training it's representatives on the products.
11th April 2023 - I've really liked and bought Garden of Life products for years and referred many friends. However, their customer services is pretty dire, they typically have a really nonchalant and unfriendly people working for them and they don't know much about the products they sell. They're never warm, friendly and helpful. I find it so odd, especially when their products are expensive, you'd think they'd value their customers and want to keep them. Delivery times vary as it's shipped from the US which is disappointing; they're not an eco friendly company and I'd realised as of today that they're owned by Nestle so that's a large negative. I wish they were more personable and also didn't simply post generic replies to peoples concerns or problems here on Trustpilot. I was told a while back that leaving reviews would add credits to my account, when none appeared I called them to be patronisingly told I must be mistaken and read something incorrectly. I've had an issue with a product delivered that was poor quality and the stress that was involved with returning and refunding was horrible. So, it'd be 5 stars for products and 1 for customer services. Overall 3 at best. If I can find an alternative I will. Customer services matters, people are spending lots of money on your products!

The gas and bloating probiotic from Garden of Life actually works!! Took it and saw/felt a difference in the first 48 hours. Will definitely buy more!

I've been buying Garden of Life Vitamin Code for Women. Yesterday, I saw a doctor on YouTube saying that it has been known for a long time that alpha tocopherol was a cancerous agent. Since you use it in this good product I don't understand why. ???
