Kept informed of progress at every stage of the process and being able to track delivery driver and given a specific time frame was a real bonus

The customer service team were so quick to answer my questions when only part of my order had been delivered.

Then, when the rest of my items arrived, the rootgrow sachets I had ordered weren’t included. I contacted customer services again and they arranged to send the sachets with fast postage so I had them in time for planting at the weekend.

I bought the plant as a birthday gift. It was a good, strong, healthy-looking plant and arrived very quickly. As it was on offer, it was also a very good price for the size of the plant. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered 4 x Standard Eucalyptus trees and two of the trees have severe bends in them. These will not straighten out as the tree gets older. I contacted customer services and Tony replied to inform me that there is natural variation in the shape of the standard trees due to the fact that they are living specimens. Tony clearly does not know anything about horticulture. A standard tree is mean't to have a straight, clear stem. (They are trained as such Tony.) This is what I ordered and most definitely did not receive. Now Tony would like me to pay for the trees to be returned and he will 'consider' giving me a refund. It is laughable. But what do I know with a Bsc. (Hons) in Horticultural science and ten years experience in the industry? This is a pathetic attempt on the behalf of customer service to rectify the situation. I am now out of pocket and don't have my trees.

This firm keeps sending a plant to me which I have not ordered. I have now received the same plant 5 times and been charged for it each time.

The small shrub was in very good condition but small for the price.The two perennials were extremely small. I thought very expensive. Will not be buying from this nursery again.
