Should have come here first. Bought 3 months xbox subscription, or so it was advertised. Was sent another account to log into to have access to gamepass. But on just day 2, I got repeatedly booted when I was gaming. Avoid. Dont waste your money like I did.

I bought a 3 month Xbox ultimate subscription ( or so it appeared ) should have checked reviews beforehand, you don’t get a code for a subscription, you get an email from them with a different email address and password to use, then you apparently download a game they exclusively have!!! Save your money and your mind instead of dealing with a terrible company like this crowd

Bought a game, and never received the key, they refuse to refund the money. total scam

This is nothing more than a scam.
All of the purchases here are for accounts and no digital keys are given. gamezone.net provides the same account login details to multiple buyers meaning you can be kicked out of the game / application at any point.
In my case I couldn't get past the MFA, which sends codes to an email that only gamezone.net employees have access to.

We purchased a game from this company which was never digitally delivered. Instead we were given excuses about a code not being available. Then we were given two email accounts, both with typos & didn’t work. This company is a scamming SOB, inefficient, incompetent & totally unprofessional as well as liars & bullshitters & they wouldn't refund for the game we never received.

I only can play the game with this account! That's sucks!

I can't play the game because my xbox says the game was already played on a other console and can't played at the same time on two different console!

I paid money for the game, but I got a new account that I didn't want or need. Moreover, the account had already been used.

Ich bin ja wieder mal selber Schuld, ich schau nur auf den Preis und schau aber nicht ob die Seite Seriös ist.
Ich hab mir win Spiel gekauft auf der Seite, bekam einen Account der in Verwendung ist. Das game hatte zwei Spielstände und der Account 35 gamescore auf der Xbox.
Wo es mir verging als ich sah das das ne Türkische Seite ist!
Werde den Account löschen, waren Gott sei Dank nur 20€

Absolute joke of a website… Massive scam artists.
Bought a 3 month game pass thinking I would get a code and they send me some other persons account to add to my Xbox ( not secure at all ) then when you play a game you would have to log in as them but if they are playing at the same time it kicks you off.

No refund and really bad customer service ( if you can call it that )

Like most, advertised three months game pass, purchase and sold something totally different.

Its a different account and password, where they have got these I don't know but being a IT professional with some knowledge of Cyber security, these are accounts that look to have been compromised and sold on dark web.

I'd avoid these like the plague, and rule of thumb which is price too good to be true, then it usually is. THIS IS A BIG SCAM, and when email support, no refund, late response, don't care.

I'll stick with CD Keys going forward, least I know what I'm getting.

Terrible experience. They don't clearly outline what you are purchasing and so you assume it's like other reputable websites where you get a code to them redeem. Instead they are selling you some sort of Xbox Account which isn't obvious or what anyone would want. They then refuse to refund even if you ask for a refund within 10mins of ordering! Avoid at all costs!

Advertises game pass as digital codes then send through a completely different Xbox account once purchased which is not what people expect to be buying then when requesting to be refunded they will not process. Do not buy anything from them as really poor service

Selling xbox accounts with access for 3 months worth of gamepass, no information on it being a profile on the site of the product and not a prepaid 3 months redeemable code. Got a long message explaining that that info is on another page... It is against Microsoft terms of service, no refunds so i'm not pleased or find it acceptable practice.

Doesn't it seem strange that all the positive reviews are from people with Turkish names? That DEFINITELY doesn't make it look like a scam at all.......🤔

Avoid avoid. You are just throwing you money away. They send you details now a shared account. You will not own this game. You also risk your Xbox account being banned...

I was scammed by them. They sent me "account details" instead of a game key.

Once I realized what I got, I immediately requested a refund. However, they flat-out refused, claiming they "do not offer refunds"—despite stating on their website that they do.

I even sent them a copy of their FAQs, and their response was:

"Even if you do not activate it now, there is no guarantee that you won't activate the account in the future."

This is obviously contrary to the promises made on their website.

They hold all the "account" details and can change, deactivate, or resell them to multiple buyers. Not to mention that using such "accounts" can get you banned by Microsoft. Yet, they still accuse you of being dishonest, all while happily keeping your money.

They sell you only accounts not codes or games, you can use it only once on one console, if you need to re-install you can’t use that account anymore. It’s a scam, don’t buy!
