Delivered by Postman (much better than Evri and some other courier services). Everything well packed with loads of tape sealing the box - so much that it actually took some time to get in, but that’s the nearest I have to a complaint and is so much better than the opposite problem!

These guys are great. I had a problem with the copy of Catan Star Farers that was gifted to me over Xmas. Essentially, the copy came without some game pieces, just 3 small space ships. Not Game Summons fault. I reached out to Catan Studios who were absolutely no help at all. I contacted Game Summon about the issue, and they went above and beyond without having to send back the entire game as Catan Studios recommended (Not very environmentally friendly). I will be ordering from this company again as their customer support was excellent and I have every confidence that if there was an issue they would be willing to sort it out without any fuss.

Thomas went absolutely above and beyond in sourcing and delivering a copy of Twilight Imperium to me. He was unbelievably communicative and helpful (emailing back on a Sunday night even!), and Game Summon even sold the game cheaper than I could find elsewhere. Will definitely be returning!
