We’re sorry to hear about your concern. However, the claim of “stolen info” is not accurate for GamerThor.com. Our systems are secure, and our Trustpilot feedback reflects the positive experiences of our verified customers.
Additionally, this review is not verified, and there is no order attached to the experience described. If an unauthorized purchase was made, we strongly recommend checking who may have access to your payment details or devices, as the issue is not related to our platform.

Credit card rejected, debit card worked
First buy on Gamerthor, credit card that has perfectly worked on other online stores since months was rejected even though it was validated with card reader. Support said to contact bank or change payment method. I used the debit card linked to the same bank account and it worked. May change my note if it works better next time.

Thanks for your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your first payment attempt. Recently, we’ve had to increase the security protocols used by Stripe due to a rise in fraudulent activity. As a relatively small and still-growing company, these attempts can have a significant impact on what we’re trying to build.
These stronger security measures help protect both our business and our genuine customers — including you — and allow us to continue offering the lower prices and rewards we’re aiming for. We’re glad your second payment method worked, and we truly appreciate your patience.
We also want you to know that we’re currently working on a major revamp of our design and overall customer experience, which will significantly improve how everything flows on the site. We’re excited to roll it out soon.
We hope your next experience is smoother, and we’d be grateful if you’d consider updating your rating once everything runs as expected. If you ever run into any issues again, we’re always here to help. You can contact us at any time by email - support@gamerthor.com
We hope you are enjoying your game!

pretty good!
I got the game almost immediately, so it's definitely not a scam. That said, I was unable to use Paypal despite it being advertised, and the store UI was a bit confusing.

We wanted to let you know that PayPal has been temporarily disabled as a payment option due to a recent increase in fraudulent activity.
Our team is actively working with PayPal to resolve the issue and restore the service as soon as possible.
At this time, we don’t have a specific timeline for when PayPal will be available again, but we’ll provide updates as soon as we have them.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Easy transaction, but no PayPal?
Easy transaction, keys are easy to use. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is the site lists PayPal as a payment option but when I went to checkout it wasn't an option at all. If it had something to do with my region at least have a grayed out option with text indicating why it is unavailable, having the option not exist at all just felt like a lie. Only reason I didn't think it was a scam was the amount of reviews I looked at.

Quick and easy
Buying a key was quick and easy. An account was required, but creating one only took a couple of clicks.
A few minutes later and I could play the game on steam.
Will definitely consider GamerThor again for keys.
