Ich habe über GamerMarkt einen Valorant-Spieleaccount gekauft. Der Account wurde mir bereits nach wenigen Stunden vom ursprünglichen Eigentümer über den Spieleentwickler (Riot Games) entzogen („Account Recovery“).

Der Verkäufer gab im Chat selbst zu, nicht der Erstbesitzer des Accounts zu sein. Obwohl GamerMarkt im Support-Ticket schriftlich bestätigt hat, dass der Verkäufer nicht kooperiert und der Account nicht wiederbeschafft werden kann, verweigert die Plattform seit knapp einem Monat eine Erstattung meines Kaufpreises.

Stattdessen nutzt GamerMarkt reine Hinhaltetaktiken: Antworten lassen wochenlang auf sich warten, und mir wird mitgeteilt, dass ich auf unbestimmte Zeit abwarten müsse, während GamerMarkt versucht, den Verkäufer gerichtlich im Ausland zu belangen. Der Käuferschutz ist völlig nutzlos, da das finanzielle Risiko eines betrügerischen Verkäufers komplett auf den Käufer abgewälzt wird.

Der Fall liegt nun beim Klarna-Käuferschutz sowie der Verbraucherzentrale. Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, auf dieser Plattform einzukaufen.

Puis ensuite quand vous commandez ils vous diront que leur livreur n'a pu délivrer la commande.
Or vous ne pourrez pas récupérer l'argent mis sur le site en cliquant sur "withdrawal".
Ils vont inventer un prétexte pour ne pas vous le rendre.

On December 30, 2025, I purchased an account from Gamermarkt. The account worked fine for only one month, but then the original owner reclaimed it and changed all the login details, causing me to completely lose access. I immediately contacted support, and they have been stalling and delaying my refund for the past 5 full months. Their excuse is that their contracted law firm is handling the case against the seller in Turkey. However, when I asked for an official case number (Dosya Numarası) or any document to prove their claims, they strictly refused, using privacy as an excuse. It is completely unacceptable for a customer to wait half a year for a refund just because of their slow internal legal procedures. I want my refund now.

Ich habe ein Account für valorant gekauft und habe nach einer langen Pause wieder spielen wollen, jedoch war mein Account plötzlich weg. Ich habe mehrere 100€ investiert und den Account gekauft für 99€. Als ich dann schauen wollte was mit dem Account ist habe ich herausgefunden das ein neuer Name bei meinem Kollegen in der Freundesliste aufgetaucht ist. Dieser Account wurde dann von mir unter die Lupe genommen und zack! Das war genau der Account den ich gekauft habe. Ich wusste ich bekomme den Account nicht wieder deshalb hab ich so oft versucht den Account zurückzuholen bis er gesperrt wurde^^. Der Support ist eine voll die Katastrophe ich habe mich im September 2025 bei den gemeldet und bis jetzt ist der Fall angeblich bei dem „ Legal process“ nach 8 Monaten nix mehr gehört auf Nachfragekommt immer die selbe Antwort. Kauft oder spielt euch ein Account hoch aber lasst die Finger von der Seite!!!

Der Verkäufer der mir den Account verkauft hat ist im übrigen immernoch als Verkäufer da tätig das heißt es wird so gut wie nix dagegen unternommen und keine Strafe verhängt!

I've bought a valorant account in september or somewhere near then. In the first 4 months the account had no problems, until december came and the owner recovered my account back. I contacted them and they resolved the problem and gave it back to me i was so happy about this. Until in march the guy pulled the account back again. And the site was "unable" to do anything about it.
In my personal opinion the sellers should give more access to gamermarkt so they can see into things like this. Or the sellers can provide the recovery data with the account details so if a problem like this arises the costumer can recover it themselves.

Gamermarkt üzerinden 27 Nisan tarihinde €420 (yaklaşık 15.000 TL) ödeyerek bir Valorant hesabı satın aldım. Süreç başından sonuna kadar tam bir mağduriyete dönüşmüştür:

1. Ürün Kusuru: Satın aldığım hesap, Riot Games tarafından "Güvenlik Sebepleri" (Security Reasons) nedeniyle kalıcı olarak (Permanent Ban) kapatılmıştır. Hesabın ilk sahibi güvenliği sağlayamadığı için ürün tamamen yok olmuştur.

2. Satıcı İlgisizliği: Satıcı 23 gündür çevrimdışıdır, hiçbir mesajıma yanıt vermemiş ve işlemi tamamen terk etmiştir.

3. 90 Saatlik Bekleyiş: Konuyla ilgili destek talebi açmama rağmen tam 90 saattir bekletiliyorum. Canlı destek hattında T**** isimli temsilci, "24 saat içinde çözüm" sözü vermesine rağmen bu söz tutulmamış, zaman kazanılmaya çalışılmıştır.

4. Hatalı Karar: 90 saatlik bekleyişin sonunda Admin E****, sunduğum Riot Games kanıtlarını ve ban kanıtlarını hiçbir şekilde incelemeden "satıcı kaynaklı sorun yok" diyerek talebi kapatmıştır. Ortada banlanmış bir hesap varken "sorun yok" demek alenen kullanıcıyla dalga geçmektir.

Gamermarkt yönetimine sesleniyorum: Kendi Satış Sözleşmenizin 4. Maddesi (Satıcı Sorumluluğu) açıkça ihlal edilmektedir. Somut kanıtlara rağmen ödemem haksız yere tutulmaktadır.

Kullanıcılara Uyarı: Bu platformda yüksek meblağlı işlemlerde alıcı koruması çalışmamaktadır. Elimde her türlü kanıt (Ban ekranı, T****'ın sözü, E****'in reddi) olmasına rağmen işlemim kapatılmıştır.

Talep: €420 tutarındaki ücretin derhal hesabıma iade edilmesini bekliyorum. Aksi takdirde hukuka aykırı bu durumu Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne taşıyacağımı ve banka üzerinden ters ibraz (chargeback) sürecini başlatacağımı ihtar ederim.

Same as others here... Account recovered by owner after 7 days, support says there's nothing they can do about it. You're left with no accounts and no money.

so ive got a "suppose" on going case with them, wich by the way its completly false, because we are talking about almost 2 years, since i got scammed by one of their sellers and i havent got my money back and we are talking about 100€. i got proof of things and they havent done anything about it in 2 YEARS!

Hesap satışı da yaptım ancak yoğun olarak hesap satın alımı için kullandım her iki kısımdan da memnunum. Global platformlardaki gibi alıcının arkasında duran bir site. Şikayet eden kişiler ise maalesef alıcısını mağdur etmiş kötü niyetli satıcılar.

I was scammed by a seller named (Ra4al) who sold me a Valorant account already linked to PSN. I provided technical proof that the account had match history from 2025, but support admins (Koray & Merve) closed my ticket #148594 without helping. They are protecting scammers. I want my 130 SAR back

i bought 4 valorant acc and the all got recoverd by the owner and they won't give me refund or try to give me the acc back

i bought valorant account within 2 year and i got hacked so bad and supports doesn't want refund cause they don't know how riot games supports recovery works.

I sold my personal Valorant account on Gamermarkt approximately one year ago, and since then I have not logged into it, I have not recovered it, and I no longer have any access data or information saved about it. A couple of days ago, completely out of the blue, I was contacted via WhatsApp by Gamermarkt and unfairly accused of having recovered this account.

They are pressuring and threatening me with legal action if I do not “return” the account, which I do not have, or if I do not pay the full amount out of my own pocket. They have not provided any clear explanation or concrete proof of how they reached the conclusion that I supposedly recovered the account, and they simply insist on their accusation. Let me make it clear: I am not responsible in any way for what the buyer may have done with the account after the sale.

This situation is causing me serious stress and feels like harassment, as I am being held responsible for something that happened long after the sale, completely outside of my control. I expect Gamermarkt to immediately stop threatening and harassing me over WhatsApp, and either present clear, concrete proof of any alleged wrongdoing on my side or close this case against me. If this pressure and unfounded accusation continues, I will seriously consider taking legal action to protect myself and my rights. This situation is becoming unbearable and is causing me considerable stress, which to be fair, i don't deserve. I did my part. Can anyone who has been in the same situation give me some feedback? Help me in any way? I would really appreciate it, as I don't know what to do to defend myself at the moment and I don't even know what to expect them to do.

Can't use this site, because the only option to verify identity for my country is a passport and I do not own one. Live support is AI or just terrible. It/they just kept saying I can't verify identity with a different method, and at the end it/they said "Have a great day. Hope to see you again." How are you seeing me again if you don't want to do anything to allow me to use the site.

I contacted support, cuz my acc got recovered,
slow response time, idk if I will ever get my money or my account back. Its just terrible.

They r supposedly making me a refund, after I cancel my dispute with my bank. I cancelled now waiting for the site to refund me.
If they do refund I'll change my rating to 4 stars and update the review.

I cancelled the dispute with my bank, I did all the steps they asked me to do, I sent them what my bank told me, also my bank did inform their bank.
My bank explained to me that GamerMarkt is the one who needs to make steps now. They still refuse to refund me. I have been waiting for weeks, I still dont really reccomend buying from this site.

It was a long processe to get my money back, but after i contacted tazapay, i got my refund the next day
However I am still not satisfied as it took 1 month.

I bought a valorant account lastday. I played 5 games. There is no any problem with account. Today imgonna take a valorant points. thanks for fast service.
