Products never shipped and Lying Customer Support
Ordered $117 worth of miniature painting supplies on the 9th November. After no response, reached out on the 22nd of November. They created a Tracking Label on the 5th of December, but still didn't ship anything. I reached out again on the 14th. After emails back and forth, with multiple false claims that the product was about to be shipped, I requested a refund on the 21st of December. I received a full refund on the 28th. At no point was I offered anything more than an apology for the delay or false claims that the package would be shipped shortly.
Steer clear of this unprofessional business.
Goods not in stock even though website say they are. Communication is lacking. Takes a week to reply to email. When goods finally arrived was missing 2 of the 4 items.

TERRIBLE service / Issues
This is based off my OWN personal experience - I'm sure others will have fantastic experience but this has been the longest living hell of a week I've EVER had.
People often question why their business doesn't receive support - this is the perfect god damn reason why. I work in a small business and I give my 100% when dealing with customers, not only do I wish for them to support local and small business, but I want them to feel satisfied and know that, even IF they have an issues, I can at LEAST provide some sort of solution or lead them in the right direction to some.
These guys, no. It was either to hard for them, the language barrier wasn't there or understood or they just didn't care.
I purchased 2 items from them of a night through D*** Smiths (This was obviously also a mistake within itself but my friend recommended doing this as they had no issues) I realised that doing it through paypal hadn't provided my current address despite paypal having my current address, D*** Smiths had put it through from the LAST delivery address I assocaited them with - apparently they couldn't change that because on paypals side.. it was that address. I confirmed it most certainly wasn't but didn't feel the need to keep pressing as I just wanted it changed.
15mins at the MOST was the time frame to which I noticed after checkout and confirming the delivery in emails that it was the wrong address, seeing as the label wasn't done yet and packaging either (it was about 10pm at night no Aus Post is open) I contacted the seller and D*** Smiths to notify them (D*** Smiths mentioned they couldn't do anything and to contact the seller) to change the delivery address, they even provide this option! I thought this would be an easy process, I got an email the next morning from the seller to which they confirmed it had been changed.
3 days later I get an email stating my package has been sent here are the details for Australia Post. I double checked, alas, the delivery address was wrong, I thought it might of been a D*** Smith related issue as it wasn't or couldn't be changed on there but upon looking at the details in Australia Post, it was still the wrong address. Upon not being in transit yet, I contacted the seller to which they told me nothing could be done, I was the one that had to rearrange to get it fixed, I thought that was easy enough. WRONG AGAIN.
I contacted Australia post, despite being the receiptient, I have NO reign over what happens to that product, to make matters worse, the seller had opted in for having redirect turned OFF, for god knows what reason they'd do that is beyond me as every other site turns it on and this would have made it ten times easier for me for the fact I didn't even live remotely close to the address (3 hours drive mind you) and that I couldn't just go and collect it. I contacted Australia Post, they told me the sender had turned that option off, they legally couldn't redirect it even if i provided ID etc. because the sender was the one who paid for the shipping, technically, I DID. I also paid for the DAMN PACKAGE that was worth over 200$.. see why i'm annoyed?
I was consistently stressed because upon all this fluffing around, I got an email to state it was due the coming monday.. I literally had Friday to sort this out, do you think that the seller was answering my emails? NO. Considering the fact they were prompt with replies before hand I know for a fact I was now getting annoyed and well beyond angry. I did not once abuse the seller, however, I wrote a sturdy email with ulimadums to what they were to give me. Thus, they did nothing again and it was pointless so points taken off me.
I reached out to Australia Post again, to no avail still couldn't help me, what are we to do in this situation? Theyre at fault, Australia Post tells me to double check my address next time (Mind you she was pissed off with me anyways, clearly having a bad Friday and shouldn't be customer support) to which i told her if she listened, she wouldn't of had to tell me that, again I may have made her afternoon worse, oh well.
I was thankful that no one was at home to accept the package because it's been redirected to the post office and I'll get a friend to pick it up BUT this is not the issue.
Terrible
I placed an order for a Fullmetal Alchemist Union Arena booster box and was charged $90. Not only was the delivery late, but instead of contacting me about stock issues, Gamerholic sent me a completely different product (Bleach Union Arena) without asking.
It took almost a month of back and forth just to get a partial refund, and the whole process felt very unprofessional. As a seller myself, I understand mistakes can happen but the way this was handled showed little respect for the customer’s time or trust.
I won’t be ordering from Gamerholic again and would caution others to be careful.

The products arrived exactly, precisely and completely as advertised. The price I paid was exactly what was listed. Given how horror filled basically every single experience on this site was, I was expecting some kind of horror story of smashed boxes, missing pieces, vile customer service and deliberately wrong orders. But there wasn't a problem. There wasn't a hitch. Everything I ordered arrived with in a week, as the price I paid for it and was in perfect, immaculate condition, well wrapped and ready to go. Your experience may vary but this is the third time I have brought from Gamerholic and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME it has been perfect. I realise my experience does not reflect everyone's, but given the absolute river of hate here, I felt it was only fair to say "I have had good service, everything arrived just how I expected, nothing was broken, nothing was missing". All three times I have ordered from Gamerholic it has arrived exactly intact and fine.
To be clear here, I buy whole board boxed board games, not Pokemon card packs or other TCG stuff. Maybe those mixed bags of loose cards do suck, but the complete games I have bought have been just that, complete, and they were in brand new condition
Avoid avoid!
Ordered an outdoor game (Kubb) off them. It came heavily damaged with 2 missing pieces. Been a nightmare so far trying to get it refunded (they won't post me a returns label and I'm still waiting for it to come through email). I would avoid this store. Never had an issue with any other online board game store. Will update this review if my experiences changes but so far it is as stated. Big waste of my time!

Do not order from them if you actually want something
Ordered item weeks ago and immediately got a tracking number with Aramex. Thought great should arrive before Christmas. That tracking number still does not come up with anything. Last response I got from them was it was due to delays from the supplier. Excuse me what? Your site says you have 20 units in stock. You are the supplier to me. They have not responded to any recent emails. I think I'm going to have to do a charge back with my credit card as I am doubtful I will ever see the product.

Tried ordering from these guys 2 years ago - and the item showed up 2 months later! Against my better judgement got sucked in by a great price and ordered again - now almost 3 weeks later - they've sent an australia post tracking number that doesn't exist and no item.
Just terrible service
Have ordered from them several times as they are often the cheapest option, however that price nearly always comes at a cost. Missing items, bad packaging, damaged games due to bad packaging is common. And their customer service and general attitude to customers is appalling

I placed an order with them and after not hearing about my order for about a week I became concerned and looked them up on google where I found this page and I realised I probably got scammed. I ended up contacting them to ask when the order was going to be shipping. They replied saying they were waiting for an item to come in stock from the supplier - even though it was marked as in stock on the website. I thought there you go, the scam starts. I asked for a refund and a couple days later, they refunded 1 small item out of the 3 I ordered. I got an email saying the rest of the order was shipping and they provided a (legit) Auspost tracking number. Today, I have received my items, and I am happy to report, they are as advertised. I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, but I got what I ordered (minus the item that was refunded). They had the best price by quite a bit on the oldish sold out item I was after. So, not a scam, but beware of potential delays, slow shipping and not the best communication. On the plus side, good prices, they packed it alright, was sent with tracking and items as described. I would shop there again, but will definitely use PayPal, just as a safety net.
Wrong item sent
I should have checked reviews before ordering. The item I was sent was not the item that I ordered. It surely can’t be that hard to send the item that you confirm in the order email. It even has a picture of what it’s supposed to look like on the website.
When they replied, it was clear to me that they knew that they had sent the wrong item. It was similar in that it was an accessory for a different product entirely but with the same theme. I am certain they were trying to get rid of stock that wasn’t moving in this way, hoping that buyers would agree to keep it because they like the theme.
They offered that I could return it for credit but I didn’t want to do any more business with them and wrote it off as a learning experience.
I would advise that you order from them only if you cannot find what you want anywhere else and are desperate to have it, because, as the reviews here indicate, the odds of you being disappointed are good.
garbage company
Do not expect to receive anything that you order. I have already put in a consumer report, sadly I am nowhere near the first/only.
18 months of issues, still ongoing.
They backordered my items without telling me, didn't reach out for any communication during the 18 months of backordering, when I finally asked them to cancel one of the orders they asked if I would accept store credit. I agreed and placed an order, and then received multiple fake aus post tracking numbers. Eventually the order came with incorrect items. I offered to just keep what was sent, and pay for the missing items, and again got fake tracking number after fake tracking number for 3 months before asking for a refund on the extra money I'd paid.
When I went to cancel the other backorder, I all I got was delays and "I'm just following this up". Still no refund.
Gamerholic is a perfect example of why not everyone is cut out to run a business.
Possibly the worst customer service experience I've had other than the notorious Rivers.
Just look elsewhere if you're looking for gaming products. Its not worth the hassle.
Items never arrived
Ordered some games that were in stock on the 27th Dec 23 which a tracking number was generated for that didn't exist in aus post system. Have them some time due to time of the year and after emailing them again they finally updated the tracking number on the 9th Jan but then nothing arrived by due date. Everytime I email them I get a generic reply your orders on the way but no updates have been scanned for the tracking number they provided.
Terrible company who is as dodgy as people say. Should have listened to the reviews. Commencing refund process through Pay pal now so see how long that takes.
Stay away from them and order from more reputable online companies.

Do not order from Gamerholic. I made the mistake of ordering from them via DealsDirect & couldn't be more disappointed. it's been 3 weeks and still no sign of the packages, which were supposed to be Christmas presents.
I requested a cancellation on 27/12 because Christmas had passed & the items still hadn't been shipped (despite Gamerholic lying that they had been on 13/12).
Have finally had contact back from them today (4/01) saying too bad they can't cancel as the items were shipped on 28/12 - AFTER my cancellation request.
Everything else through DealsDirect arrived before Xmas.
Just don't risk it, the prices are a scam, I wouldn't be surprised if the whole enterprise is a scam based on everything else I've read online.

Ordered two products- a puzzle and puzzle mat through gamerholic on the catch site I waited 10 days for tracking and when I reached out they told me they were experiencing posting issues except the rest of my catch order had arrived. When I msged them they gave me excuses and I asked for a refund cause the order was a Christmas gift and told me to wait a further 3-4 business days but it would definitely not arrive before Christmas, I requested a refund again and they stopped communicating all together with me… now ive msged again for a refund and still nothing! Don’t order through gamerholic or any other middle company who advertises for them… there horrible to deal with and completely unprofessional!
Preordered a pokemon TCG product
Preordered a pokemon TCG product. This was not shipped despite weeks of chasing them up. The customer service is non-existent automated replies which get you nowhere. Ended up filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back. Utter joke of a company.
Avoid this company
Waiting months for any order or communication after they had the nerve to charge me 60 dollars for shopping. Bounced around with auspost and the support store with no luck. Currently at a point of writing to the Commerce Commissions to see if that gives traction. Worse experience I've had buying things online in years.
