The website looks genuine, everything points to them selling game codes until you scroll all the way down and click the additional info option, and it says they resell an 'account' that has the game on it. However, the terms and conditions of use are....

• Do not log back in to the account you purchased.
• Never change the account's email address, password or 2-step verification code and do not add a phone number.
• Never share your account details with anothers.
• Never try to install the game to ANOTHER Ps Console.
• Never deactivate the account from your primary ps.
• Never delete the account or game from your Ps.
• You must play the game from your personal Ps account.
• You can only Install the game ONE PS console ONE time.
• If your Ps change, If your Ps4-Ps5 corrupted or broken, it is not our responsibility to do so.
• You need to activate the account and start to download the game within 24 hours.
• You can only activate the account on the console which version you have bought for. (Ps4 or Ps5)

None of that makes that sound like it's going to be just 'MY' account.

Resale of accounts with games on is against Sony TOS and they can ban these accounts at any time for any reason along with any OTHER accounts related such as your main one.

The offered PS5 game was merely an account through which one could play this game. According to customer service, a complaint or refund was not possible.

Scam, Stay away. Sends you someones elses account user login to download the game and then the account must remain on your PS5. It can steal data. Do not waste your money. Too good to be true.
