Do not buy from Gallery Chandelier. My wife saw some ceiling fans offered on the site she wanted me to order. I should have researched them better before ordering. The web site said they were in stock and would ship in 3-7 days. Followed up the first time after a couple weeks, and also followed up weekly many times afterwards. They always responded with a variety of excuses, the last one being that the fans would now have to ship from India instead of China. So I requested they cancel the order, which they agreed to and sent a string of emails saying the money was refunded, but they never actually refunded anything. Finally had to get my credit card company to claw back my money. AVOID!

Ordered 3 Chandeliers on Jan 3. My card was billed on Jan 4. The confirmation email said they would email shipping details. After a month I called and was told they would be in their US warehouse the following week - silence. Now almost two months later I called again and was told they would be in the warehouse on March 14th. I'm not taking the risk of further delays and cancelled the order. Lets see how long it takes to get the refund processed!

Shame on me for not doing my research online with regard to reviews. Gallery Chandeliers sells JUNK. I waited a month longer then they claimed the items would be available, customer no-service is definiately at play. When we finally received the order(s) - opened the box to install in our high end senior living facility - TOTAL JUNK. They 100% misrepresented the quality - its looks like spray painted 2nd hand crap. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OUR $1500. Run fast from these scammers.

This is a fraudulent company - that will take your payment in full up front, continuously backorder your product while offering to cancel the order. Once cancelled they will not issue your refund. I have had to get my credit card company involved to rectify this for me however it doesn't prevent them from continuing to take advantage of people - making money on the money they've had for months. Their 'professional' customer service will lead you to believe they are legit, but do not be fooled. They are not.

Do not buy from this company and avoid the headache. I ordered 2 chandeliers from this company. Both in stock on their website saying they would arrive in 2 weeks time. They called me about 2 weeks later and said the chandeliers were out of stock and I could either get a refund or wait two months to have them shipped to me. I decided to wait because the chandeliers seemed so beautiful online. When the two months were up, I called back asking about my chandeliers. They said, “oh, they are on the way. They should be there in 2 weeks.” 2 weeks came and went. I called again, this time asking for a refund. They told me they processed my refund during my call, and I should have my money back within 24-72 hours. Guess what? No refund. Not for a week. I called again, this time asking for a receipt of my refund. They emailed me a receipt and said it would be 24-72 hours. I waited another 5 days and still no refund. We then opened a case with them through our credit card, and got our forced refund in 30 days. The customer service seems legit with this company, because they always answer the phone, but they do not deliver on their promises. Run far far away!
