Very professional and courteous. I was very happy with the print, the framing and the care and service provided by Stuart.

Very pleased to find lobby cards for a couple of old Hollywood silent films. Very speedy responses to my email queries. They both arrived well framed and packaged.

This was our fifth purchase from Galerie Prints and our first time ordering a framed piece directly through them. We’ve always loved the quality of their prints, but this experience truly exceeded expectations.

The website stated a four-week lead time, however I emailed to explain that it was my husband’s birthday in two weeks and asked (hoping!) whether there was any possibility of speeding things up. I was absolutely amazed when the artwork arrived in under 10 days.

The print and framing are both beautiful — the craftsmanship is excellent and the finished piece looks stunning. It was also packaged incredibly well and arrived in perfect condition, with a very smooth courier experience.

A genuine 10/10 service and overall experience. We’ll definitely be ordering again.

Ich habe im November 2025 ein teures Foto auf der Plattform Catawiki von Galerieprints erworben. Das Foto war super. Das zugehörige Certifikat jedoch falsch. Trotz mehrfacher versprechen es zu versenden und öfteren Nachfragen ist bis heute kein passendes Certifikat geliefert worden. Das ist sehr betrüblich und enttäuschend. Da ich nicht verstehe, dass der Verkäufer ständig versichert es zu versenden, es aber nicht ankommt (versendet) und letztendlich nicht mehr reagiert. Das empfinde ich verstörend.

Update: 8.3.2026: Galerie Prints hat reagiert und das aktualisierte Certifikat gesendet. Doch noch alles gut, wenn auch etwas langwierig.

Good quality photographs, well packed and received within about 10 days.

I go for unframed as it’s quicker also I can get museum quality glass from a local framer.

Good choices in the online shop.
