Bernie made our whole holiday experience absolutely amazing! From helping us find our perfect holiday right through to checking us in and sending over all of our boarding passes, she took all the stress out of the whole process.

She was always available whenever we needed her and was so helpful with answering any questions we had. She’s such a lovely lady and made everything so easy from start to finish.

She managed to get us an amazing deal on our 10-night all-inclusive holiday to Bulgaria, and we had such a fantastic time! I will 100% be using Bernie again to book our future holidays and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book a holiday. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had the pleasure of booking our first ever two-week family holiday with Bernadette at Galactic Travels, and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us!
Travelling with a toddler for the first time felt a little daunting, but Bernadette made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She listened to what we wanted, gave us great advice and helped us choose the perfect holiday in Gran Canaria.

Bernie at Galactic travels is fantastic at sorting holidays out. She has sorted out three holidays for me so far which has been great as previously I would do it myself. Still crying over how thoughtful Bernie at galactic travels have been flying us to our wedding in Rhodes. Firstly we get a complimentary bottle of champagne on the flight, we then get the rest of our drinks free on the flight, then the pilot made us an announcement , then we get a card delivered to our seats off Bernie from galactic travels. And then to top it off we have only turned up to the hotel and our room had been upgraded to an executive suite…not only that we had 2 cards and a bottle of wine and then a bunch of flowers delivered to the room from. The surprises were none stop. I have never felt so special in my life. This has started off our wedding absolutely perfect… I can’t thank you enough 😭👰🏻‍♀️❤️

Just back from our holiday which was booked through Bernie at Galactic Travels. She gives a totally personalised service taking all the hassle out of the process. From providing a range of options at the start of the booking process, to the timely reminders of payments and providing everything you need with regard to documents etc. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her services. A brilliant holiday and very professionally arranged. Travel documents arrived in good time. Transfers worked seamlessly and the resort was wonderfull.
Throughout the booking process we were provided with clear information with plenty of options .
Seating on the plane was well organised for such a large party (17) and we were seated close together.
All in all fantastic customer service and we will be using Galatic Travel again.
