I had a problem with my second redemption which usually would take days of emailing back and forth with any social casino no matter how big or small.. but I can honestly say that gains has the fastest response rate from an agent I have ever seen they've got the fastest redemption I think I have ever seen so there's no complaints here for me.. Even the holdup on a second redemption was my fault for not reading everything through and they actually understood that and worked with me...

I had $15,300 in my account after winning $15,000. I am a platinum member and I’ve spent over 300 $400,000 on the website what I tried to log into my account I was told my account was permanently banned I am very frustrated about this situation. Don’t know what to do. I’ve contacted gain support and I am waiting for more information. I will change my review to five stars once the situation is fixed.

Accused me of having duplicate accounts, "I only have ONE" It was right after I made a purchase, I got to a redeemable amount. Only $100 and they slapped me with a perma ban. Haha really. How is that possible??? When I only got 1 account.

Same day redemptions and incredible games

I purchased coins through crypto, gains accused me of having two accounts (I don't). They closed my account and stole my crypto. No refund, no option to get my money back, just stole my crypto and banned me.

Edit: Ohh, eff off gains. You closed my account because my husband and I share a computer! Ridiculous! You offered no refunds and said specifically that ANY attempt to contact support to appeal would be ignored. I'm not the only one you're doing this to, I have confirmed with 3 of my friends today that they have been banned too, one of them definitely didn't violate your terrible terms. You are terrible, your terms of service are terrible. Why would anyone gamble at your garbage site when there are 50+ other rooms with far better terms of service and that don't screw you over. You didn't care that my husband and I were on the same computer until I tried to cash out, THEN you banned me and offered zero refund. It's bitcoin, it should have been within minutes of you banning me that I should have received a refund. I will continue to rightfully trash your reputation on here, on social media and I have told all of my friends not to chance playing at your site because even people who only have one account per device are getting banned with you citing multiple accounts as the reason. You are a joke.

So after a little bit of winning there is a huge drop in them. I get it. It’s gambling. What I’ve noticed is bonuses are hard to come by now no matter the bet. I have spun over 100 times on one game, different bets and absolutely nothing. Tiny wins. I was promised some complimentary coins for doing a trustpilot review. I have yet to receive them. Thanks Rachael! So after about a month or two I would just look elsewhere for sites they aren’t so tight.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first with the whole instant redemption thing but as soon as I verified my account… every redemption was virtually instant after they reviewed my request. Review only takes about a few minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes in my experience. I’ve already redeemed about 3 times and received my funds within the hour. Not to mention they have great games and a stellar vip program although it is a bit pricey to climb the ladder, I’ve made my way to gold already.

I signed up for Gains.com, used **one** account on **one** device, and played straight. The moment I actually win, they slam my account shut and toss me a canned paragraph about their “one account per person/device” rule like that explains everything. No details. No timestamps. No device IDs. Nothing that even remotely shows what I supposedly did wrong.

They refunded my deposits (so, no chargeback needed), but they refused to pay the winnings. That’s the part that matters, right? Funny how none of this “violation” talk surfaced while I was depositing and playing. It only became a problem **after** I won. The timing is… convenient.

There was **no appeal option**—not a real one, anyway. No form, no ticket path, no human who would actually look at evidence. I asked for specifics and got a boilerplate wall of text. If you’re going to accuse a customer of breaking rules, you should be able to show something besides a copy-paste ToS clause.

Here’s what this felt like from my side:

* Play normally → fine.
* Win → instant termination + ToS citation.
* Ask for proof → nothing.
* Try to appeal → doesn’t exist.

Look somewhere else; sore losers running this company.

I made a deposit when this site first opened. They had a ridiculous playthrough like 5x so I lost all my money.

The issue I have is my account still shows a playthrough requirement of over $1000. They don’t reset the playthrough so any deposit I make would be subject to this absurd requirement.

This is scam site and if anyone refers you here please realize your being exploited. Most everyone realizes this besides Mr oblivious the casino shill Dogbear lol.
