GAIL's Bakery - Paddington Anmeldelser 4

Asked for a chocolate croissant at Gail’s Paddington Station/Square – none on display but I could see fresh baked goods behind the counter. Instead, the assistant gave me a pain au chocolat as if it was the same thing. It’s not! By the time I realised, I’d left the store. Dry, disappointing, and not what I asked for. Next time I’ll just go to Pret.

To be fair, Gail’s staff are usually great so it was a surprise when two members of staff seemed totally put out at having to add a splash of cold water to a hot drink. If you’re going to charge premium prices for food and drinks then rolling your eyes at customers isn’t acceptable.

this cuunt racist lady at gail's paddington W2 1DL won't let me sit in the gail's one hour before the too good to go collection time whilst there's other white people here without buying anything or with food from other shops. still, i told her i can buy something (in addition to the too good to go already paid for) to thwart her loitering accusation at me but she totally ignored it bc that would mean she wouldnt have any leverage over me anymore. she also accused me of consuming food from another shop inside her gail's store but that is patently false bc i was merely checking the nutritional info on food from another shop (never opened or consumed it). she called the security who didnt do anything to me because i havent done anything wrong.

Staff doesn’t clean the tables on time and the leftovers are attracting pigeons and the bird poo is all over the tables. Very dirty and the capuchino was like drinking strait milk.even though the coffee price doesn’t go down.
