This knit cardigan is heavy and well-made. Just a heads up, it runs big - i'd suggest sizing down if you don't want it super baggy. Really pleased with it though.

We ordered 2 light weight sweaters. Too 3 weeks to get them. They did not fit and asked for a return and replacement in a different size. Have not heard from them. Tried the phone number listed on web site. Turns out that the number listed is a private number that they have used. It does not belong to them

Completely fraudulent merchandise doesn't match the photos at all, literally a leather jacket with yellow paint on it, blow your mind.How terribly crappy this merchandise is then they don't want to respond to you at all.

Do not buy.
They sent me the wrong item and refused to take it back. They only offered £5 as compensation for returning it, even though the item cost £42. They also don’t reply to emails promptly. I can’t use the item, and I’ve paid £42 for nothing.

They are scammers!! Don't fall victim to this scam!! Their merchandise sucks and doesn't match the photos on the site at all, the customer care doesn't respond and they pretend to have a refund policy when they have no intention of refunding you!

Bad colour, no customer service response and inconsistent sizes.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The high gloss pu mini skirt set I received is not like the picture - would give zero stars if I could. DREADFUL clothing and DREADFUL service. Fabric quality is not good at all , items are unwearable,- the quality is poor and it smells really bad. I contacted the company several times by email, but they never replied. I’m not happy with the product or the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

Its a scam! I didn’t receive my order and they didnt return my money!

After buying a co-ord from the site, paying a lot for shipping, I immediately disliked the quality of the texture, which it was REALLY REALLY CHEAP for an €50 item, and also it wasn't fit me well, so I decided to return it. Since it is not possible to find the return address on the web site, I wrote an email to customer service as instructed, sending photos of the item in its original packaging as requested. I received a response offering me a 5€ (ridiculous) refund, or a 50% discount voucher on their site, or the return would be at my expense.
I immediately responded by saying that I wasn't interested and that I absolutely wanted to return the item and get a refund. This email was followed by numerous others from me to which customer service never responded again. They have completely disappeared into thin air. They diserve a legal pursuit !!!!

I have sent 4 emails to return my item and I have had no response. Do not waste your time or money.

They basically take you money and then if there are any issues you will not hear back from them!

I emailed on 5th, 6th, 11th and 13th June and still I have had no response!

I would like to give this no stars. Utter scam. The tracksuit arrived after a very long wait and were ill fitting. I said I wanted to return and get a refund- they offered me a minuscule sum of money to keep the tracksuit (I had spent around £60 on it- more fool me)- they offered me $10 to keep the damn things I didn’t want. I said no and they told me I would have to pay for postage to china. I followed every instruction and sent them off at great expense. Now that was 4 months ago and they haven’t responded to any of my emails demanding my refund. Horrific.

I cannot believed I paid £42 for such poor quality clothes.
The trousers are see through with no matter what you wear underneath, the metal buttons are cheap metal.
There is no label on the clothing- would not recommend.

I ordered two items, it took 2 weeks to arrive, tried it on immediately, and wanted to return both items as it didn’t look good on me. Requested a refund, someone got back in a very unprofessional manner after 3 emails have now stopped replying completely. Such a disappointment. Do NOT buy their items!

I never received my order. When emailing back and forth, I have requested my money back and they have just stopped responding!
