I came across Gaggle a few weeks ago…

I came across Gaggle a few weeks ago and I am astonished by the the whole layout and approach for job seekers. It is not your usual job board or site, its smart, adaptive and friendly. Which is quite rare. It's also not loud and very approachable. Looking for its expansion in the near future!

This place is just getting up and already what we need.

This place is just getting up and running and its already exactly what Job Seekers need. This is putting People at the forefront of job searching, rather than AI and Linkedin Pageantry. No more performing, no more metrics, Hot Takes or anything, People Connecting people with jobs the way it was supposed to be. Definitely excited to watch this place turn into what is desperately needed. Me? I'm literally a job seeker and I'm already stoked.

Transparent and Professional Interview Experience

I recently had an interview through Gaggle Social and had a very positive experience overall. The process felt transparent, structured, and more personal compared to traditional job platforms.

What stood out to me was the level of clarity provided during the conversation. The interviewer took the time to explain not only the role but also the company’s background, expectations, and growth plans. This made it much easier to understand how my experience aligns with the opportunity and where I could add value.
