This company is a complete SCAM
This company is a complete SCAM. They charged me hidden fees of over $1,500 when I tried to WITHDRAW my money. And also asked my to verify and re-verify my KYC exactly when I tried to withdraw my money. All the fake, made-up fees were added on and charged later, only when I tried to withdraw. And withdrawing money TAKES FOREVER - it says pending for days with no action or update. Stay away from this SCAM. You'll pay dearly in hidden fees, charged after all your trades are long closed. Scammy, shady company with terrible practices. They don't honor their listed fees for fx or crypto accounts. BEWARE!

Dear Stanelliott,
We regret that you feel disappointed with your experience. However, your review does not accurately reflect the facts of your case.
You have been an active client who successfully traded, generated profits, and withdrew funds without issue on multiple occasions. The only instance that required a correction was related to a technical omission of trading commissions on crypto assets, which were subsequently charged retroactively in accordance with our published trading conditions. This was not a “hidden fee,” but a correction to ensure fair and transparent application of our standard rates to all clients.
Regarding the KYC verification process, please note that identity verification is a regulatory requirement designed to protect both our clients and the company. In some cases, periodic re-verification is required before processing withdrawals — a normal security procedure for licensed financial entities.
All withdrawals at FXLiveCapital are processed within standard timeframes once compliance and security checks are completed. We take pride in maintaining timely payments and full transparency, as confirmed by hundreds of other verified clients.
We invite you to contact our Compliance Team directly at compliance@fxlivecapital.com.
should you wish to further clarify or review your account records.
Kind regards,
FXLiveCapital Compliance Department
