My journey with FWD.care began in February 2024. I was one year postpartum and still carrying 50 pounds of pregnancy weight, weight that wasn’t just physical, but emotional too. I have always struggled with obesity due to hereditary issues. I lost alot of weight after my second pregnancy with strict diet and exercise. In fact, I lost 70 pounds over the span of 7 years. Since 2022, it has been tremendously difficult to maintain a healthy weight due to age and hormones, so I wound up gaining 30 pounds back. For example, I was working out 6 days a week and due to that, I was giving myself physical injuries and not physically changing whatsoever.
