O Future POS tem muitas vantagens. O frontend lida com nossos menus complexos. Muitas opções e modificadores não são um problema. O background está completo e o processamento do cartão é confiável. Mas, sendo um dinossauro tecnológico, devo dizer que o suporte técnico é o meu favorito. Eles estão sempre lá quando eu preciso deles. Além de manter tudo atualizado e funcionando, eles me ajudaram a ajustar o sistema e tirar dúvidas. Eles me liberam de partes-chave do negócio com as quais não preciso me preocupar ou entender completamente. Isto é muito importante.

Best POS
Top of the line equipments. Great service. They always make sure they get to the bottomline of the issues. Very polite technicians. One time they couldn't fix it, immediately went to our store to check it in person no extra charge. Definitely would recommend. Best aftersales ever!!!

There's a lot to like about Future POS
There's a lot to like about Future POS. The front end handles our complicated menu. Lots of options and modifiers are not a problem. The back office is complete and card processing is reliable. But, as a techno-dinosaur, I have to say, it's tech support that I love. They're always there when I need them. Besides keeping the everything up to date and running, they help me tweak the system and answer questions. They make a critical part of the business something I don't have to worry about or completely understand. That's a big deal.

Great in all reapects
Great in all reapects! We use Positive in multiple locations, we have used other companies in the past, the difference with Future is that they seem to truly understand how restaurants actually work! Also I must mention Dan Fite, he is my primary contact, and from the start has always made me feel that he appreciates not only my business but my input as well!

Future POS was great in transitioning…
Future POS was great in transitioning us to the new credit card system. There were a few problems with the connection at first, but they were right on top of it and solved the issues immediately.
As a restaurant owner & operator, it can be very frustrating when things are working properly during a busy Friday night, but they are always there for us 24/7 which is what I love about the company.
Daniel, Sean & James are the best!
