I have been with Future Finance since 2016 when I arranged a loan for my MSc degree and the Legal Practice Course. So far, I have never had issues with them, and there is nothing to complain about.
From the very start, it was a simple process to apply with a full transparency on interests and repayments terms. During the period of repayment, they keep me updated by sending regular statements. Also, no problem with getting in touch with the FF Team in terms of any queries, or with regard of taking a 3-month repayment break when I needed.

In summary, I would recommend Future Finance as a trustworthy and professional loan company.

The support received within the past 12 months have been engaging. This refers to the timely delivery of information about any upcoming adjustments in repayments terms. Not to forget the compassionate telephone call to ascertain my wellbeing, employment status and financial wellbeing before the start of my repayment.
The voucher scheme had also been a brilliant experience; as it offers the much needed encouragement and a feeling of compassion to support every effort made towards repayment.
Personally, I feel am still benefiting from future finance support and don't feel the pressure of repayment. I feel it is still a give and take relationship, which is mutually beneficial.
As a newly qualified nurse, I feel the support offered in relevant to mitigate against core challenges customers like myself may experience. Most especially mitigating against psychological pressure of repayment.

The entire team have been very helpful with my queries all the time. I have been updated with any single changes in advance. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get a student loan.

Was essential to get me through university. funding was always the barrier while on a course that just wasn't practical to have a part time job. My only criticism is how they don't have a safety net between missed payments and destroying credit scores. Knowing what it's like to be a student/recent graduate it would be beneficial to have a warning system before adverse reporting to the credit agencies.
