Nous avons acheté 6 chaises tulipes blanche, avec quelques craintes au vu de la notation trustpilot (mais avions été confortés par la notation de ce site par un organisme UK, et plus de 1000 commentaires, satisfaits).
Tout s'est extrêmement bien passé, nous avons été livrés 1 semaine plus tard, 6 colis sont arrivés, bien emballés, les chaises bien protégées correspondent tout a fait à nos attentes. Je renouvellerai l’expérience!

Same experience as others on here. Table arrived in a wooden crate that is not easy to open - you need tools. Because it was Easter Saturday and there was no sign of the chairs we left the crate to open on our return from the Easter break. When we did open it the table top was scratched - with what look like production marks. Because we unpacked it when the chairs were delivered 4 days later they will not replace the table top.

I deeply regret buying from this company.

I recently purchased a white swivel chair for my dressing table. I am so happy I did. I have been searching for months and couldnt find anything the right height! This one was perfect (with the seat height at 47cm) and the dazzling choice of seat cushion colour options was amazing. I went for the Chelsea beige, which is a lovely, soft, neutral colour. The chair was simple to put together (6 bolts attached using alum key) and the seat cushion is detachable using 4 sticky velcro pads (good, strong adhesive). The swivel is good and silent. All in all, I'm very happy. I hope it lasts many years.

Really easy to browse. Good price. Really fast delivery. I bought only an armchair to see how this company works and I am very pleased to say that the quality is excellent. Came in Two pieces. Extremely easy to assemble. I have already order another one. Highly recommended

After trying to order a tulip table from a few other companies (which proved to be strangely complicated and frustrating), I ordered from Fusion Living.

Not only was their customer service friendly, prompt and accommodating, everything they promised was delivered EXACTLY as promised. The delivery team of three were right on time, absolutely professional and were in and out (after assembling the table and removing the packaging) within ten mins.

As for the table itself, the price is great and so is the table. In fact, it’s actually nicer than the image on the website. That’s a first! Totally delighted. (Now I have to find new chairs.)

The only fault I can find (and this really isn’t a fault) is I wished they carried more of a variety of furniture. I say this simply because if they did, I’d order everything from them. I only want to deal with them.

Cannot say enough good things about this fabulous company.

This company seems to make a habit of holding returned furniture hostage and not refunding the money.

2 chairs that were meant to be self assembly did not self assemble. My husband and I are very capable at DIY so 4 wood screws would not present us a problem. The screw did not go into the wood, we both tried several times and had to return the chairs.

Fusion living have screwed them together and claim the chairs were returned damaged so will not refund and will charge us both a collection fee and a re delivery fee and will hold the chairs until we pay more money for what are now damaged chairs.

We returned the chairs in the packing they came in, one did not even come out of the box let alone the wrapping. If they were damaged in transit that is an issue for the courier or FL, not us as they were not damaged by us.

They have had our chairs and money for months now. The customer service is absolutely appalling. The chairs were not able to be self assembled so are not what they were sold to be. This is not my issue. If they are sold as self assembly they should be able to be put together without being returned to the manufacturer. The fact that we could not put them together after assembling beds, book cases, tables, wardrobes and desks for our new house is indicative of the issue.

I have never experienced such shocking customer service, the owner should be ashamed and customers should not risk their money on this company. Read the reviews, I wish I had before giving over my money, which they still have with the furniture. Disgusting attitude to customers.

My chairs arrived exactly when they were due and were packed extremely well to avoid damage. Very pleased. Thank you.

Ordered a chair which was on a pre order, had clear correspondence to let me know when it had come into stock and when it was dispatched. Its a great chair - the perfect colour and lovely quality.

Absolutely shocking company. Do not buy anything from here.

Paid over £260 for an item that was delivered broken! Snapped broken!

They refused to rectify the problem because I didn’t notify them with photos within 48 hours - it arrived the day I moved home so opening it within 48 hours wasn’t at the top of my priority list!

Go to Olivias or Tides. Amazing service, great products, and great prices. Don’t touch Fusion Living - I suspect they sell broken or returned items, which is why they’re cheaper.

I ordered a grey Tripod lamp in the sale from Fusion Living, it fits beautifully in our living room and looks a lot more expensive than it is. I am really pleased, delivery was good and it was relatively easy to order from there website. Will use them again for sure.

Fusion living do not sell quality goods. The customer service is appalling. Do not buy from this shop!!

I ordered a tripod floor lamp for my new home. Only the shade arrived and not the legs, when I contacted the company they took ages to get back to me, I had to chase a response. They finally came back basically saying tough we are not sending you the legs so I now have half a lamp that is completely useless. I would not recommend this company.

Item arrived clearly used, and in a dirty condition, and smelt awful. I cleaned it up, and was happy to accept it providing a reasonable discount was given...I would rather this than have to source packaging, and further my carbon foot print by returning it. I was offered £30, off a £160 lamp. The item was in a clearly used condition, and it is no way acceptable to expect someone to pay £130 for it. They then offered a full refund provided I return it in the original packaging, which they knew I didn't have, as I stated that with my initial correspondence. It seems this has happened to a few people, from reading the reviews, makes me wonder if they are selling graded products as used. In any case I would have been writing a positive review, had we been able to come to a reasonable agreement on a partial refund. I asked for £50 off, which I think makes £100 for a badly used lamp a more than fair price.

Great product, great customer service, highly recomend.
